Brilliant service. I had originally booked an 8 seater mini bus, but a few days before my event i had to change for a larger bus.
They got back to me straight away and was not a problem.
The bus turned up on time for the pick up and return journey home.
Thank you for making the process so easy. Will definitely use again.

The service was quick and helpful throughout. Indi our minibus driver was brilliant, extremely helpful and friendly and he did a great job of getting us to the various addresses we were visiting bang on schedule. His minibus was very clean an comfortable. I'd definitely book again.

Excellent service on our arrival and departure. Driver was very helpful with the luggages, would not hesitate to book again and recommend.

I made the biggest mistake contacting this company for a quote. When I called them the woman who answered the phone said Hello......thats your lot. No mention of the company name how she can help nothing. Then the best was the quote coming through. I rung up to follow the quote through and ended up in an Indian call centre with an annoying patronising prat who liked the sound of his terrible voice! He just wanted to go on and on so I allowed him to then let him do all his calculations and then put the phone down. That was the best part..... The silence!

So please DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME select a decent established company with customer service at the forefront of their business.

Reliable and friendly service. Our driver was so nice and kind. Helped with all our luggage and the buggy and car seat that was provided. Arrived on time too. The car was perfect for us as a family of 8 and we didn’t even need to fold the buggy down. Fitted straight in the boot. So impressed. Will def use again for sure and highly recommend

Sarah is the star.helpful.polite.good attitude and patient !!she assistance me to organize our transportation arrangements which last minute changed .bill payment deposit and settlement.she’s good supervisor assigned driver and car arrival on time every days.
I’ll come back UK soon and definitely will call Sarah again.

ABSOLUTE COWBOYS

Steer well clear of these money grabbing, lie telling scumbags. Booked a journey from Glastonbury festival to London. Minibus was 2 hours late, driver was stoned and broke down half way back. Told we would get taxi journeys paid for to take us back to our destinations and been ghosted ever since.

Booked a minibus for a group trip. The minibus didn’t arrive and upon calling the office I got several mixed messages stating the transport was enroute/delayed/stranded before finding out that they had never planned on sending one. We were left stranded and MTS ruined our trip. Trying to get some form of compensation or even money back has been completely pointless, and they have ignored all attempts at communication.

I strongly believe the 5 star reviews are fake. I would trust MTS as far as I could throw a minibus.

Save yourself the bother and DO NOT USE.

I booked this taxi company to take a group back from a festival to London. I prepaid £680 and sent the taxi company a lot of information prior to the reservation date so they would be able to pick us up easily.

Things started when the taxi operator called me and said they may have issues picking us up, but told us they wouldn't leave us stranded. The day came and the taxi driver was originally an hour late due to an accident on the M25. The ETA became later and later and we were standing in the rain for over an hour.

I called the cab driver and operator multiple times and each time the story changed, first the cab driver needed a break, then got diverted and then broke down and then got stuck in the mud. I asked the taxi driver to WhatsApp me his live location, but he would only send me pin of a location far away, so we aren't sure if he was ever there at all.

Finally the operator called and said the cab had broken down and he could send evidence of this. I haven't received anything to date. He also said he would process and refund and send me an email confirmation of that, again, I have heard nothing.

Truly this company is a scam, please don't make the mistake I did and use their services.

If I could give no stars to this company then I would.
We pre- booked a minibus using this company and paid £680 to pick a group of us returning from a festival.
The original time of collection was to be 09:30 and the driver assured us they would leave plenty of time to pre-empt the busyness of the roads in order to arrive at the allocated time.
Before it had even turned 08:30 the driver informed us he was an hour behind schedule due to an accident on the motorway and that it would be nearer to 09:30.
After walking for over 45 minutes to enable our driver to have an easier pick up point he then informed us he was now taking his 35 minute break and that he would be a further hour before he arrived to collect us. Following this we received multiple excuses including he had ‘broken down’ and ‘gotten stuck in mud’ ‘caught in the traffic’ and the time got later and later.
Finally at 13:00pm (3 and a half hours later) after the original time we were meant to be picked up he decided he could no longer pick us up and that we would have to find an alternative route.
We are yet awaiting our refund or even our refund confirmation email.
An absolute SCAM of a company. DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THIS COMPANY.
