Possible scam

I ordered ages ago for Christmas. There's no sign of my order, no updates, and no response to communication. Trying to work out now how to try to get my money back. If they'd have responded to my emails I'd have just bought the items elsewhere but I guess I was still hoping they'd somehow make it in time. Not sure if the site is a scam but even if my order ever miraculously arrives, I won't buy from there again. Some of the stuff I ordered is available on etsy.

This is my apology review

I placed an order with this shop on January 28. Their website says they ship within a week or contact the customer to make other arrangements if it's not possible.
I waited three weeks before I reached out, and then I tried multiple times and ways to reach out over the course of about a week. I never received responses to any of these.
So, almost a month after I ordered, on February 24 (after sending an email several days before warning that I would do so), I disputed the charge with my bank. Later the same day, I got a shipping confirmation but it didn't have any working tracking and I assumed it was a fluke.

The shop's social media said that the business was a one-woman show and that the owner had been sick, but I didn't think the timelines matched up and I also saw some business history that made me question the shop's legitimacy. I also never received a reply to any of my prior contact and saw them delete some of my comments from social media. So I didn't believe it when I read that my issue was caused by the owner being ill and I thought it was a lie. I submitted reviews everywhere I could to try and warn people of this business I genuinely thought was a scam.

So, imagine my surprise when the items I ordered actually arrived on March 17. I feel pretty guilty and silly.

I'm going to reach out directly to the business to figure out how to ensure I give proper payment for the items I did actually receive (I think the bank is still processing my dispute) and then a little bit more, but I wanted to correct my review first.

I still think that the situation could and should have been handled differently, and I probably won't buy from this business again, but they definitely deserve an apology from me for thinking they were a scam. Everyone makes mistakes and gets sick. I should have been more understanding.
