Still waiting for an order placed at the end of January, hoping to receive for an early March birthday! No order tracking updates, blamed a change in production company and DHL, promised an additional race track to be sent, money off my next order (ha ha!) and a refund. Still not received any of it. Don’t order from here. Such a shame as the product looked great!

Yes, it took a while to arrive in the middle of Christmas stress. But I had contact with the seller early on - reassuring me its on the way and it was. Very beautiful art and not a scam!

Ordered the "officially licenced" Nurburgring track. Only automatically generated order confirmation. Weeks passed. Tried to contact via email, DM and instagram. Nothing. Lost the money, trying to cancel the order through my bank.

UPDATE: Finally after long wait I received my order. The whole situation was really comunicated poorly, BUT if it was indeed true the orders should be sent more regularly now. As for the quality I really must say its superb. Im loving all the details, and the packaging if perfect for gifts. Im changing my review to 4 stars from 1.

Ordered a race track and it was never shipped. After multiple attempts to contacting the owner he finally replied after weeks that something went wrong and that he would refund the money and ship it anyway to solve the inconvienence. The money was refunded after a long time and the racetrack was still never shipped so basically we were fooled all along the way.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUD

The tracks are looking very nice, received everything within a week. Love it! :)

Having placed an order at the start of July, it never got past the “order placed” stage. I emailed very politely asking what the ETA might be as I’d hoped I’d receive it early August (in time for a birthday). No answer, so DM’d on instagram and commented on several posts in the hope it would draw the maker’s attention to my messages. I then found their shop on Etsy so messaged there too. Two weeks on I sent one last email saying that I am going to request my money back through my credit card company. Still nada.

Such a shame - the work is great and very unique, but absolutely disgraceful customer service. Do not buy from this shop, you’ll just lose your money.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago. I received a order confirmation, but nothing else since. I tried contacting the seller through multiple ways, but he doesn't reply nor does he ship the item.

Out of the blue after 2 months of no contact i've received the racetrack. Credit where credit is due, the track looks amazing

Orderd 2 tracks did not receive anything. Send a message on instagram, he or she promised me a extra track. Now 2 months still no tracks received

Do not buy here!!!! It's a scam!!! On June 13, I ordered 2 racetracks from Miniracetracks. By June 30, I still hadn't received anything, so I decided to send a DM on Instagram. In response, I was told that they had made a mistake and would send the racetracks as soon as possible. On July 10, I asked if they had been shipped yet, but got no response. On July 17, I asked again, but I am being ignored. I also sent an email, but received no reply. I left a comment on an Instagram post and then got a DM from someone else who was also scammed. So do not buy here!!!
