Being strung along after immediate payment, a 1.5-week wait, and then the cancellation of the delivery.
According to the website and based on the phone confirmation, the product was in stock, so we ordered it and paid for it immediately — yet the product never arrived. They advertise a product as being in stock which, in all likelihood, they do not actually have. For a week and a half, they kept stringing us along regarding the delivery; eventually, after repeated inquiries, a delivery date was agreed upon, only for it to be cancelled later, claiming that they had received the product in damaged condition. This is a joke of a company, completely lacking credibility. We paid for the product immediately by bank card, and so far we have still not received our money back.
