Holy shi7t what a trash

Holy fuk what a trash. Been waitting 6 months for nothing. 1st they fuked up my adress , which btw i gave correct one. 2nd they fuked up again. Now they offering me 70%money back. Easy profit 50€ gone. Thieves, scammers and asshhoooooles. Oh , they will also try to mail you for few months to clarify their policies and garbage. Stay the duck away from them.

Very nice neckless

Very nice neckless, very fast service and delivered before the estimate day. Only it could be nice if is option to order produkts in silver also in gold.I would order my wife present in gold for sure. But in silver with gold cover is looking also beautifull.

I got the items very late

I bought a necklace that should have arrived on the 25th Nov. but arrived on the 8th Dic. It was really late. The customer service never answered any inquiries.
But the necklace is really pretty!!
So if you are pacient enough, it is good.

Sometimes it happens that our mails end up in peoples spam filters or get blocked by your email provider as spam. As a rule of thumb we encourage you to contact us again if you haven't received a reply on your inquiries within 3 days, as that likely indicates something went wrong with the reply we sent you.

Kontakte jeg det har jeg gjort flere gange på mail og derfor er jeg nu endt med anmeldelse her på trustpilot og synes at 400 kr for noget man kunne bruge i Max 14 dage er til grin og har aldrig haft problemer med sølv før.

Det er åbenbart bare noget dyrt lort i sælger
Har aldrig købt smykker der skal vaskes i tandpasta eller andet på allerhøjst 14 dages brug nu bliver den ikke brugt mere og har ikke de store planer om mere fra jer.

Tarnishing occurs for many reasons. Silver becomes black because of hydrogen sulfide (sulfur), a substance that occurs in the air. When silver comes into contact with it, a chemical reaction takes place and a black layer is formed. Silver oxidizes faster in places with a lot of light and high humidity.
Sweating, pollution and light are the factors that causes it. Could you please wash the necklace with toothpaste and dry it with soft cloth, and send me a new picture, so we can asses the level of damage?

All of our fine jewelry is made of precious metals purchased from government certified suppliers and are marked for authenticity.

We use only high-grade 0.925 Sterling Silver and our gold items are made of solid gold with purity level of 9k, 10k, and 14k. All of our products are 100% nickel-free, except for our white gold products.

I want transparent communication and no false delivery promises

I have been trying to reach out to them and find out about my items.
I ordered at beginning of April and still waiting for it after 2 months.

I have sent countless request to their customer service now, and have only been generically responded with an autoreply offering me 50% off my next purchase. I spent a significant amount for my purchase and they will not even reply or give insight.

I understand the covid situation and I am ok if my items are late but I do not tolerate non communication. The item is now one month late.

I demand answer from company representatives.
I just need clear answer or refund if they are not able to stick to the legally binding purchase I made.

Don't trust their delivery dates

Dansk: Bestilte en halskæde til morsdag, dette var over ind måned inden selve morsdag. Levering stod til den 8 Maj, dog modtog jeg den ikke her. Den 10 Maj går jeg så ind for at tjekke information om den. Leveringsdatoen står stadig til den 8 Maj. Herefter kontakter jeg dem for at få mere information. Jeg blev lovet levering til den 11 Maj, nu står jeg dog stadig uden en halskæde den 13 Maj.

English:
I ordered a Necklace for Mothers Day, this was over a month before Mothers Day. The delivery was set for May 8th, but I didn't receive it by then. May 10th I went to check on information, since I hadn't received it yet.. The delivery date was still set to May 8th. Here I decided to contact them for more information about delivery and when to expect it. I got promised a delivery by May 11th, but here I am May 13th still without a necklace and no information on to why it's so late.

I am so disappointed... today is Christmas and my 3 bracelets did not arrive! The company looks like a danish as the whole webpage is translated to Danish language but it is actually based in US... so this means that all the promises to deliver before Christmas was not true.... and the products may not arrive or be stuck in customs for long time!

Det var så sidste gang jeg købte julegaver hos jer.. Bestilte 3 gaver d. 3. December med garanteret levering inden jul!! Har tjekket postkassen en million gange i dag og der kom ingen gaver til mine døtre!!
Jeg har modtaget virkelig mange mails fra jer, hen over december men kun reklamer, ikke én mail der forberedte mig på at halskæderne ikke ville nå frem som garenteret!!
Super dårlig service fra jeres side!!!

Vores leveringstider er udregnet og aftalt i samarbejde med vores forsendelsespartner, så normaltvis ville ordren være kommet til tiden.
