Delicious milk and really cool to see they’re using regenerative oats now too! Would recommend to anyone, vega or not.

A mixed experience
I buy a variety of oat milks and generally found Minor Figures oat milk to be good. However, in January I found an egg-shell-like substance in one of the cartons. I took pictures and emailed Minor Figures (info@...) to ask about this. I still had no response after 2 months, which was very poor customer service and very disappointing.
I sent another email (this time to hello@...) and this time I got a very fast response, explaining that the substance was due to some mineral crystallisation (mainly calcium) and that it was harmless. They said they had resolved the issue and sent me replacement cartons plus and extra free one.
So, first time really poor (i.e. non-existant) service, but on the second email, really good customer service, so averaging to a score of 3/5.

Great taste and performance BUT….☹️
Along with so many others, the taste and performance are great, it’s ruined by the fact that there is hard flakes/oaty crystals in the cartons. Such a shame ☹️
It can be a little off putting

Perfect taste & consistency. Love it!
Have been using the Minor Figures oat milk for 2 years now, and I love it!! I’ve found other oat milk’s too sweet or too watery in the past, but this one hits the nail on the head! It foams really nicely, and it’s great hot or cold which I love for both my iced latte’s and warm coffee’s. Have converted my friends and family too 😁

Really impressed with Minor Figures oat milk. I’ve tried quite a few plant-based milks and this is one of the few that actually works great in coffee. It’s smooth, creamy, and doesn’t overpower the taste of the coffee like some other oat milks can.
It steams really well for lattes and cappuccinos and doesn’t split, which I’ve had issues with from other brands. I also like that it’s not overly sweet and has a pretty clean taste.
Plus the packaging is cool and easy to spot. Overall just a really solid oat milk that I keep coming back to. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good dairy-free option.

10/10 would recommend
Great product, cool brand. Froths well and compliments coffee instead of masking it. 10/10 would recommend.

Have been subscribing for years and never misses a beat. Much easier than supermarket trips! And they send fun merch sometimes..!
Please change that recipe already!
This may sound dramatic, but Minor Figures oat milk is the single most offensive liquid to ever masquerade as a beverage. Maybe it's my genetics or something (like the classic coriander example).
I have consumed questionable hostel coffee in Eastern Europe. I have had airport cappuccinos that tasted like printer ink. Nothing - and I mean nothing - compares to the betrayal of seeing that cursed white carton behind the espresso machine.
My oat milk tier list is not a preference. It is a moral compass. There's so many great options:
Moma. Oatly. Mølk. Friendly Viking’s. Oddly Good. Oatside. Oato. ROA. (Un)ordinary. Happy Happy Oat Oat. Zilk. Wild Oats. Framptons “The Oat One.” I can go on and on and on and on.
These are beverages that understand texture. That understand balance. That froth with dignity. That do not curdle emotionally or physically.
Minor Figures, however, sits alone in its own circle of hell. Sour. Bitter. Aggressively beige. The aftertaste lingers like an awkward conversation you can’t escape.
There is no heartbreak like taking the first sip of a latte you were excited about, only to realise you’ve been Minor Figured.
This is not hate. I'm writing this review on Valentine's Day. This is a plea. Minor Figures, reform. Rebuild. Please reconsider your life choices. Change that recipe already. You're a really cool brand, with moral values, but the people deserve a better product. Much better!

How do you froth a Minor Figure?
Minor Figures Barista has nothing barista about it.
Update : Got an enquiry from Minor Figures for more details re my notation, which is a plus for them. I know the components of their product is excellent (through Yuka app) but the barista just doesn't froth!!!

My subscription was delivered to the wrong address. Only managed to get an answer from customer service after 3 days once I reported to their social channels, but haven’t heard anything since and it’s been 3 days. They haven’t confirmed they would reissue an order - clear lack of customer support. The only reason I got a subscription was for the convenience as you don’t get much cost savings, but given all the hassle I would say stay away from the subscription.
