You cannot beat the service, they actually answer email queries quickly and sort issues out. I had a slight shipping delay with my order which was not M-D's fault but the updates and response from Jason were great and sure enough my product arrived as they said it would. Good CS is rare these days but these guys are good and I would recommend them and I'll be using them again.

Terrible customer service and email response times. Requested a refund four business days before the package was shipped and they sent it out anyway. He had four business days to recall the order and put a hold on the shipping before it was sent out but didn't. I sent it back more than three weeks ago as per their instructions and haven't heard back in almost two weeks about my refund. These are shady tactics some online retailers and resellers use hoping you will give up. Avoid!

I have been ordering from this company for several years and consistently found them reliable. Prices are among the best online and delivery to the UK has always been smooth. Shipping can take a little longer since it comes from abroad, but it has always been worth the wait. I usually buy in bulk for the value and have never had any issues.

I’ve been ordering minoxidl from these guys for 5 years now and it’s always been a legitimate product that ships relatively quickly to Canada. Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews. Excellent prices as well.

I have had the absolute worst experience of my life with this company, specifically a representative named Norman. It has turned into harassment where after being asked several times for him to stop emailing me, he’s continued to due so where he goes as far as to call me “simple”. I reached out to their team regarding an incorrect item, I sent photos of the shipping box, the item, and the invoice. Norman requested a photo of the expiry date which I also sent. He’s denied my request to return the incorrect item. I’ve given all the proof I can to show the item. It is their product, they sell it, it just the difference between the foam solution and the liquid. I asked for a refund so I could purchase the item locally, the item being minoxidil, not specifically the Kirkland brand. Now he’s saying I need to “get my story straight” because we don’t have a Costco locally, no we do not but we do have other retailers that sell minoxidil foam just not the Kirkland brand.
This representative, Norman, needs to be removed from customer service.

Genuine product delivered within the promised timescale. Slight issue with the tracking code provided originally. When I reached out by email the problem was quickly rectified by Jason. Thoroughly recommended.

They sent a USPS tracking number which does not work.

The Google pay option on the website does not work, forcing you to pay directly from your bank.

No package received.

I recently ordered a minoxidil set and was shocked to find that the products are set to expire in just one month. I was really looking forward to using them, but receiving items that are so close to expiration is unacceptable. I expected better quality and care from this brand. Very disappointed and unlikely to order again unless this issue is addressed.

As a UK customer, I've had no issues with the website or product thus far. It took roughly a week to deliver which is within the stated delivery timeframe. Following another reviewer here, I also tested the product with bleach and it responded exactly as expected, so what I received was legitimate - perhaps the other reviewer is confusing this online store with another. Overall, my experience was good and I will be buying from them again.

This company is legit and so is their product, alot of negative reviews on here from people who clearly didn’t think covid would effect international shipping.

I've been ordering for years and have always received good service.

They don’t ship the orders in a delay of 24hrs and you can stay days without having someone responding to your emails.

I have experienced writing countless emails to have a feedback on my orders and it took days for me to get a response.

Great service! I received my order in a matter of a few days with Fedex. They are very dilligent with International shipping. I bought 10 boxes of minoxidil and that is exactly what I received in mint condition, box sealed. Very easy in terms of communication and will give the accurate tracking numbers.

I don't understand the negative reviews. Jason offered an amazing service. I got a discount on already highly competitive prices and received my order (72 bottles of 5% Kirkland Minoxidil) within a few days. It's a great product BTW, have been using it for 2 years. Not only stopped my balding, but reversed it.
I would post a photo of the product to show this is genuine but there's no way to append a photo.

Excellent customer service. An item was out of stock but they advised me as soon as it came available again. I placed an order but forgot to apply a discount they had sent me and said I would apply it on my next order. No need, they refunded the 10% straight away.

Fantastic. Over the years I have had mixed results with shipping and contact from other companies shipping to Asia. This company is the place to go! Fast response, very transparent and friendly. The best I have found. No doubt. ## As the for negative reviews, guys if you don't get the results you wanted it is a DNA issue, NOT the company you bought it from.
