BEWARE- poor customer service and expired products!

I was so excited to get skin products from Mint74.com. They were on sale and I should have known there was a catch! After I placed my order that I got on sale, I eagerly awaited the products. The package arrived as stated, not lost or delayed. The packaging was meticulous and kept the products in good condition. However, it was the last week of 7/2019 and the products expire 9/2019 and 10/2019!! (That’s right, expire- not manufactured on). I was shocked. I wanted to give it a try because I had gone through the process of buying it online but after using the products for only 2 days my skin felt really irritated. My main concern was the first email I sent was about the coupon code being applied- I receieved a reply after ten days. I was really anxious about emailing them about a return because their previous email took so long for a reply. I emailed them again to ask about returns and to date (already a week later) and still nothing. I’ve also messaged them on Instagram and really hope they give me my money back because the products they sold are nearly expired and cause more harm than good to my sensitive skin.
