FRAUD SCAM FRAUD SCAM can't say it enough! Don't do any business with this company or should I say fake company. I placed an order and followed the tracking information that they sent through my email, after nearly five weeks it showed delivered. HAHA I never received my package so I tried to contact them through 2 different email accounts and they came back undeliverable so I called and guess what the number isn't a working number. Did some research and the phone number was a Oklahoma number but their address was a house address in Georgia. I turned it over to my credit card company and reported it as a fraud. We'll see what happens from there.

100% fraud. As others have posted, they take your money, claim to have shipped an item, and then tracking indicates it has arrived. But it hasn't, and they will not respond to any emails. So yeah, they are crooks and should be avoided.

Complete and total scam. None of the support phone numbers or emails work. I have never received my order and can't get a hold of them at all. I am turning it over to my credit card company and the ecommerce investigative unit for fraud.

I would give this horrible fake company no stars if there was an option. I placed an order, I received the confirmation for that order with an order number. I then received a couple of days later an email that my order was on the way with a tracking number. I was able to track this number for about 25 days as it was coming from China unbeknownst to me. I then saw it had been delivered. I don't know where it was delivered, although the address on the order was correct. There is absolutely no way to find out the address it was delivered to. The email address for the company keeps coming back on deliverable and their phone number is out of order. Something must have been shipped because I was able to track it on China Post but there seems to be no way to get in touch with anyone who can help to find out what was shipped or where it was shipped. If you come across this company just avoid it like the plague.

I purchaased a Eurostyle Bradley bungie chair from MintFabrics and as soon as my money was taken from my bank account, there was nothing, no tracking of any kind. The have refused to answer emails and phone. I wish there was something one could do to make them pay our money back. I feel really bad that I've been scammed in this way and will never buy from a Chinese company ever again, even on Amazon. I am very upset because I am a below the poverty line senior on a fixed income and can't afford to throw money away.

I've ordered a spiderman bike from my son no answers to my emails at all I've reached out more than 4 times their scammers his bike was purchased more than enough time for his birthday which was oct9 they said the carrier was china I go try to track my purchase it wouldn't let me get through

I ordered the Milliard Portable Toddler Bumper Bed on the 7th of September, 2022. I received information that the product was being shipped to me on the 8th of September and I was told to track it through this website (Can't Post due to Trust Pilot restrictions). This website states that the product was delivered to some address in Greer, SC, 29651 on September 19th.

That is not my address (I live in Brooklyn, NY), which was clearly printed on the initial receipt and confirmation I received from them.

I have tried to contact the shipping company twice through their service email address, but I have received no response. I tried to contact Mintfabric.us service through their email and the email bounced.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - SCAM.

My emails have not been responded to, my package was supposedly delivered to an address over 1500 miles from my home-and it was picked up by someone from that post office. I can’t reach anyone by phone or by email. The numbers listed are bogus and the contact information for the office location is under two completely different states. I have been trying to have this rectified since last Thursday and not a soul has made an effort to speak up. Do not buy from them. It’s a scam

I ordered an item yesterday and never received an order confirmation. Since then the phone numbers that I called are bogus and so are their business' addresses. Should have checked further in more detail before buying. There is a legit Mint Fabric company though.
