Great investment experience so far!
I’ve had a very good experience with Mintos so far! My ETF Core portfolio is up 43%, and my personal return on bonds has been around 12.5% per year.
I mainly invest in bonds because Mintos allows me to start with just €50, compared to €1,000 through a bank. This makes investing easier and allows me to diversify without needing a large amount of money.
I’m really happy with both bonds and ETFs on the platform and have had good results so far.

I’m not a professional investor, and investing at Mintos turned out to be much easier than I expected. The app is clear and simple to navigate, and I can quickly find what I need without getting lost in technical details. I like that they keep adding new products, so there are more options to choose from over time. The automatic investing features are my favourite part: I deposit money, set things up once, and then it runs on its own. It’s actually quite exciting to log in and see how each of my investments is performing.

8 years with Mintos
I've been using Mintos for approx. 8 years. Never had any problems, either with the website or the app, and any information or help I ever needed was provided. I have managed to create a passive income and planning to invest even more on the platform.

I’ve been using Mintos for some years, and what I like most is how easy the platform is to use and the variety of investment options it offers. Mintos feels like a scam. Extremely disappointing experience, unacceptable lack of transparency, and little confidence in the platform. Think twice before trusting them with your money. I would never recommend it.

thank you for your feedback. We understand it’s disappointing when a portfolio you built around lower risk still sees defaults.
Risk categories reflect a relative likelihood of default rather than a guarantee, and actual outcomes can differ from the expected average, particularly in smaller or more concentrated portfolios. A lower-risk selection reduces the likelihood of defaults, but it can’t rule them out entirely.

Cannot recommend
They rated notes 7+ - in the green and now the company turned out shit and I have to wait at least until 2028 without any guarantees. Contacted support, no answer. They should work much harder getting investments back. This didn't happen years ago.

The score is reviewed regularly and can be downgraded when a lending company’s situation changes. It’s a tool to help you decide what level of risk you’re comfortable with, rather than a guarantee of outcome or investment advice.
When a lending company can’t meet its obligations, our recovery team acts on behalf of investors to recover funds. These processes can take time and depend on factors outside our control, which is why we publish regular updates on the progress of each case.

"buyer garante" that's what they sell…
"buyer garante" that's what they sell all over the internet and their website, but that never applies and when your loans are not getting paid they decide to apply a fee if you don't invest on it.
So i was almost 5 years to get my money on a small loans and the company just stopped replying and made a mandatory fee so this way they get to keep my money.
one of the worst p2p and companies out there, don't recommend.

It is provided by the lending companies that originate the loans, rather than by Mintos, and its purpose is to protect investors against borrower insolvency. Where a lending company itself encounters financial or liquidity difficulties, its capacity to repurchase investments within the expected timeframe may be affected. The buyback obligation therefore mitigates investment risk considerably, but it cannot remove it entirely — an important consideration when assessing any opportunity on the platform.
Where a lending company defaults on its obligations, we pursue recovery on behalf of investors. Each case differs, and outcomes depend on the company's financial position and the applicable legal proceedings, but our objective in every instance is to maximise the amount recovered and to keep investors informed of progress.
