I made an order more than 1 year ago and it was never deliverd. Upon multiple contact attempts, I was able receive a refund for one of the items, while the other was supposed to be reshiped. Well, I never received any reshipment. Now, there's literally no way to contact this company. The customer support vanished completely. Shameful. Don't buy from them anymore, they scammed all of us.

i had ordered from them on the 26th of december. i am yet to receive the item. when i have tried to email, it states that the email address no longer exists. i have also tried to contact through instagram and have been completely ignored. beyond a joke.
Purchase on March 10 belt never arrive. Wrote bunch of emails to fix the problem of either a refund or the pants and ignore every time. It seem as customer service does not exist.Disappointed considering how much they pay for products and wish read the review earlier as it seem to be ongoing problem.Suggest to dispute charge with bank asap if you happen to unfortunately or accidentally purchase their product.Pretty shameless and fraudulent company as they seem to not care while also releasing new products when they haven't fix the current issues. Nothing but a scam company. My son lost his money. Pants arrived but completely wrong size. Seams like it was on purpose. And no answer to emails.
Ordered an item for my son. Took about 4 weeks to arrive. When it did finally come, it was the wrong item. Emailed several times and no reply. Messaged on instagram and asked 'where is my order'...they did reply and asked for my order number but that was it. Rang the number and it rings and rings and you can leave a message. Heard nothing back. No customer service support whatsoever. It seems to make this place look 'legit', they will ask you for your order no. and send you a link to show you when your item will be delivered. But that is it, nothing else. No other correspondence from them.
Avoid buying anything from this place as it is a very dodgy site. I'm out of pocket 86 euro.
Placed and paid for an order. Advised 7-10 shipping. Sent tracking details and it looks as though the items is lost in transit. Reached out to minustwo support e mail 3 times, and via Instagram, still not heard anything from them.
