Very unethical business practices and will reap what they sow. May the system continue to fall.
It is very apparent they are ran by automated systems to run someone's card out of nowhere and no communication was provided. I feel sorry for Jennifer, whom I spoke with in the phone as her lack of empathy will bless her. This company like others are predatory and may they consume everything they spew.

Absolutely horrible. I paid off a few loans with this company with no problems. Didn't complain about the high interest rates. I switched Banks told them not to take out ACH so they checked for a ACH didn't take it and then they did a e-check instead and took the money and then I had to dispute it and it was returned. The Newark location supervisor said. Why don't you call your dad because I had said he was in corporate lawyer so he was very rude on the phone saying I knew what I signed up for and they didn't do anything wrong. They can take the money if they want and and as far as legal battles there are none. He said we don't go to court. This is the original address I'm talking about now. Said I can't go to court. I gave up arbitration so really you have no choice but to pay these crooks back. Do not get involved with these loans. It's a terrible idea. They don't care about the law. They just want your money. They don't care know about their customers. You're an easy scam for them. I file a policy and give them week and a half heads up and they still took the money well tried to which put my bank in in the negative like taking one of these loans the person doesn't already struggling. Terrible business. Terrible customer service. Would definitely recommend going somewhere else. Bottom line, these people do not care about you and they will put you in the hole and not care with your bank account even if you follow policy apparently.

I have been doing business with MLC for about 3 years. Their loan process is the easiest I have dealt with. Customer service is excellent. Never had a problem. Love their payment plan vs. A typical payday loan. I will continue to do business with them.

Never an issue...process is pretty quick and easy as long as you have you documents ready. Funding is easy--straight to my debit card and repayment is quick and easy as well.

There is always someone to answer your questions or help you with any concerns. The loan was easy to get and paying back is way easier than getting a payday loan. Thank you minute loan center.

I had a loan with them in 2021 I paid it off and then they closed my account

It's the easiest way to get cash when you need it. I've used Minute Loan services for almost 7 years and they have never turned me away. Great service and great employees, and Remember to pay it back as fast as you can because you could qualify for more funds on your next loan

Payoff very easy. Not a lot of fees associated with the loan. Easy pay website!

I have use this company twice and each time it was an easy process. If you are in a bind, this is a company I would definitely use. Such an easy process, all through your mobile phone.

They not a good company at all they been taking money from me since 4-9-2024. For a 296.00 and I paid way over that and they still in my account. I need my money back they stole from me.

Tried to tell me me a bunch of bull about hidden fees and ridiculous charges. Tried to steal money from me after I paid in full.

MLC gave me a loan when absolutely no one else would. Yes, the interest is high, but if you’re desperate for money in the event of an emergency, they will come through for you!

I paid my loan off early, now I don’t qualify for a 2nd loan. I’m vey disappointed.
