Why do I have to give one Star??

Why do I have to give one Star??? Shocking customer service. I placed an order, the money was taken out and I heard no more. After a few days I contacted them and they had no record of my order. After many attempts to get my money back, about a month later I finally received it . A week later I was told my claim was refused 🙄. Give them a miss!!!

Terrible Customer Service

I tried shopping on Miravia because the prices looked cheap but my order was sent to the wrong address. Then, I tried to contact with customer support and it was really hard to get help, their support is all AI. It doesn’t understand problem and just tell me to ask a different question. It felt like a waste of time and money. People should be careful before using it.

The worst online sop

After making a test purchase (€2.20) to check the integrity, speed, and efficiency of the store in question, since delivery was free, I wanted to take advantage. They canceled my purchase after payment. Since I paid in $, I had to pay conversion fees, and in addition to losing the money from the fees, they claimed the cancellation reason was due to stock shortage. But how can a store have products available on the website, someone makes a purchase, and only after that do they say there's no stock? It seems like they didn't want to ship the order because it wouldn't be "profitable" for them. After this first purchase, I completely lost trust in this company. I haven’t bought from Alibaba before, but Miravia is heading in the same direction. I wouldn't recommend it. We have companies like Amazon and eBay, which work much better, and I’ve never had complaints.

After having been told by Miravia that…

After having been told by Miravia that my dispute is rejected (no dispute took place). I lodged a complaint with the Europeen Union, Online Dispute Resolution (ODR). Who contacted "Arise Spain" who act as a layer of commercial liability protection, who on behalf of Miravia clearly stated " they were not interested in a dispute resolution!
SO, who are Miravia? Research shows: Alibaba owns AliExpress who changed thier name to Miravia to suit the Spanish market. The only address for Spain i could find was: Cayetano Garcia Street, 22. 28250. Torrelodones, Madrid.
NAME and SHAME
*Yann Fontaine, CEO
The top management at Miravia Spain is;
*Eduardo Pisa (title unknown)
*Inaki Bermego, General Manager
*Patricia Jalle Marco (title unknown)

Strangely the headquarters for Miravia
are; 93 Melford Street, Arlington, Massachusettes, 02474 USA!
It is relatively easy to close this Alibaba in a Spanish costume down by hitting its profit margin. Don't use them anymore and spread the word. Tell others and use social media as the go-to tool. I have no doubt that its existence will cease over time but theres no harm in feeding a rat poison!?
Go shopping, the old way, its actually satisfying. Adios🧐

This site can't be trusted

This site can't be trusted. I bought two items from DM's Moda through Miravia, DM's Moda just sent one of the two items I paid for and denied that they just sent one and Miravia didn't do anything saying that it was delivered.

Scammers

Scammers, I order and pay online. On Miravia app said that package was delivered and on the company tracking still in process. I was claiming to Miravia to know what happened and know where is my order. They said as is an international package they can not see it, are you kidding me! I claim my money back and their excuse is that I have to provided evidence of what?? Not receiving the package! Sorry but you are the ones who has to provide this information to me, to who was deliver and ID. Completely super bad service and steal my money

Awful experience

Awful experience. Somehow had a pocket order. They send so many notifications that I must have clicked on one when my phone was in my pocket. More or less €100. I cancelled it 16 minutes later. 6 hours after that they marked it as sent. I rejected the package and left messages with customer service as noone was there!!! 2 weeks later still not reimbursed so I contact them and they stated that from when the reimbursement is initiated it will be 5-10 working days. So 24 days from order to reimbursement if Im lucky. Total joke of a company.

Miravia are a complete con Company

Miravia are a complete con Company, do NOT deal with them foranything no matter how low the value. I have reported them to the Spanish Police and applied for denuncia. I tested them out by buying some low priced vitamin tablets (total 8.07 euros) and I was right. They claim that these were delivered by faking a GLS Courier receipt and a fake signature. My address was not showing on the delivery notice so how could they have delivered it? Quite simply they haven't. I have applied for refund and have received various emails saying things like ''I haven't replied in time'' The Company who despatched them say they were definitely sent etc. etc. etc. Complete and utter con merchants!!! I would put no stars if I could. I have also applied to my card company to have the payment reversed. I am so glad I only ordered a low priced item but don't just write these small amounts off as they all add up. AND, Miravia, before you feign innocence and say I haven't included the order number etc. etc. here it is: 4755307548525! You will be denunced and unable to trade very shortly as everyone has now sussed you lot out!

I recently thought I would try miravia

I recently thought I would try miravia, as they offered cheap goods. However the order was delivered to the wrong address. It is virtually impossible to get any sensible response as everything is AI. When it can't reply it just says ask another question. Waste of time and money. I advise to think twice before joining. There's better companies out there.
