Upon contacting Mirror Forest, they were extremely helpful in making a bespoke size chunky oak framed mirror for our stairwell.
The finish is exactly what I was looking for.
Will be using them again when the entrance hall is finished.

I bought mirror for my daughters new house,had a small hiccup with delivery,which was not mirror forests fault ,but when I contacted them they got it fixed very quickly.
Mirror is very well made ,and my daughter loves it .
Found them very easy to deal with .

I ordered the mirror and was well aware that it could take up to 28 business days to arrive, this is to be expected for small independent companies, but I would rather support them than the massive conglomerates churning out huge numbers! I did email and phone early December for an update and Adam, ( the owner ) informed me the mirror was awaiting uplift by the courier.
The mirror arrived on the 14th but unfortunately the glass was broken, ( not the fault of Mirror Forest as the mirror was well packaged with plenty of tape saying 'fragile')! I phoned Adam to explain the situation, he was very helpful and a replacement was sent and arrived 3 days later. On this occasion all was well and the mirror looks great and very well made.

the mirror arrived quickly, and it was exactly as described. The quality is excellent and it was packaged very well. Customer service was helpful and friendly too.

My wife and I were looking for something for the blank wall in our dining room. Deciding on a mirror, we could never find anything suitable, until we came across MirrorForest. Yes, you do have to wait. Just like the old days before everyone expects stuff immediately. These are built to order and are of the highest quality. This mirror is well build, extremely solid and quite heavy, so ensure you use suitable wall fittings Absolutely perfect, thank you.

My mirror was finally delivered just over a month after ordering. The mirror is great and just what I ordered, but communication needs to improve to let your customers know the status of their order, with regular updates if orders are going to take 4 weeks plus to deliver.

States clearly hand made and ' normally shipped by 28 working days', mine hadn't arrived in time, so popped an email, and they replied straight away.
Mirror arrived, lots of comms from delivery company, and packed perfectly!

I bought two mirrors over the Summer of 2025 for a cottage renovation. Both mirrors arrived within time frame expected (a few weeks). Excellent quality. Phoned once to check order status - it went to answerphone and the company phoned me back within the hour. Thoroughly recommended.

Awful from start to nearly finished! Asked them to cancel an order which they did and I asked for a refund. They failed to refund but happily cancel the order. I waited days as was informed to do so and only until I mentioned to PayPal about this they advised me to file a case, I told the seller and out of nowhere the refund went through and was pending. Time and time again I kindly asked if the refund was actually done and not just the cancellation and I was told wait a few days you should get a email. Fed up with having to do their own work for them. Avoid at all costs. Never again.

My mirror arrived safely and its beautiful. Well packaged and yes it takes a little while but its handmade. The quality is great and I'm really happy with it. When I contacted Adam and he responded in a timely fashion and was really polite when I rang. My experience has been really positive and I'd recommend Mirror Forest.

This handmade mirror is truly lovely — the craftsmanship is obvious, and it adds a unique touch to the space. You can tell care went into making it, and for that, I genuinely appreciate the work.

However, it took seven weeks to arrive, which is quite a stretch, even for handmade. While I understand that artisan pieces take time, better communication along the way would’ve helped manage expectations. There were long stretches with no updates, which made the wait more frustrating than it needed to be.

If you’re not in a rush and value artisanal quality, this mirror is worth it. Just be prepared to wait — and maybe check your reflection in something else in the meantime.

Very poor customer service. After waiting over 4 weeks to receive my mirror I was sprley disappointed in the final product. It looked nothing like the images online. The company have ignored all emails I've sent. I spoke to them on their web chat and they advised they would call me - no call happened. Would not recommend!

3 and a half weeks on and still no mirror. Company won’t respond to chat or email. I’m going to report to trading standards and as fraud to the police.

If they respond to chat and deliver the mirror as per contract then I will happily edit my review.

Edit: the company responded to my husband’s chase, despite me being the person who placed the order, and they despatched the mirror the next day and it arrived two days later. It is absolutely beautiful, the wood is lovely and the mirror is accurate (i.e. not concave or convex). Had it not been for the communication issue I would have given 5*.

Awaiting a response from Mirror Fest after 3 messages.. The customer service is pretty bad. Still hoping to get a mirror but it has been 4 weeks now since I ordered. I haven't heard a peep. These internet companies are quite frustrating all round.
