Good products, reliable service, treats their customers well.

After reading the poor reviews, I'm not surprised by my experience with my very 1st order. Seems good until the delivery person puts the box on an outdoor step to a 21 unit locked apartment building. Checked today thinking it was in our mail room. Find out the company called Optima shipping didn't even bother to put the box of perishable items inside the building entrance. In the days of scams and theft thats just ridiculous! Now I'm glad I didn't even receive the order. I've contacted both Misfit customer service and my credit card provider. Won't bother trying another order regardless of the good mission.

Of all of the boxes I’ve received, two had some damaged fruit. I got nearly an immediate response and a credit for the amount of the item. Excellent customer service.

Misfits Market is very good. They are even understanding even when I screw up.

The organic produce and meats come in great shape and last 3-4 days longer than store bought. My favorite products are the organic eggs and gluten free breaded chicken breast tenders. Wow! Great food! I don’t know what the difference is, but the eggs when boiled are easier to peel than store bought. There’s a good selection of snacks like popcorn, chips, and granolas not made with seed oils. Finally, the delivery service is superb! They have the logistics down pat, tracking is in real time the day of delivery so I can plan my day to prevent the food box from sitting out in the Texas heat. I highly recommend Misfits!

Consistently fresh great produce at a good price. I like that there is a variety of organic and humane certified meat and dairy products to choose from. IF there is ever a problem with my order the customer service department is there and comes through

I’m a new Misfits Market customer - received my first box this week and have ordered my second. There was only one product I didn’t care for(the orange/cranberry scones). Everything else I’ve tried has been delicious. If the quality continues in the next couple boxes, I intend to make Misfits Market my primary source for groceries. Raylene

I tried the Misfit Market, unfortunately it was not a good fit for me at the moment, I did receive 2 shipments before I had to stop my subscription, and all the items were good. The customer service were amazing assisting me to cancel my membership. I would definitely recommend this company to others

Delay in delivery of produce from Misfit due to delivery service was corrected immediately by Misfit.Enjoy their service and products.Only cancelled due to unreliable delivery in my rural area.

MM is amazing! I have been pleased with the food and the delivery. I am holding off until mid July before reordering because we do not have space for more food right now.

I absolutely love this company! The food is good and well priced. I had a minor issue with two peppers and it was resolved with one email. Great customer service

Products are almost always fresh, and if there is ever a problem, a refund on the affected items is just a couple taps away.

I just wish they'd let people know before shipping if an item is out of stock. It's frustrating to order all the ingredients and trimmings for a salad, only to receive the order and find out that the lettuce was out of stock.

I love the unique items delicious I've ordered all different types I love that they offer wagyu truffle cheese fresh fruits great shrimp the butter croissants oh my gosh I crave those shipping I don't feel is high it arrives very cold and fresh so many unique items I really love trying them thank you very much and easy to order

This is honestly one of the most helpful, friendliest, and healthiest companies i have ever dealt with. Just everything from the app, customer support, delivery team, and delivery times. Just perfection all around! Quite ironic for being called inperfect foods now misfit markets!!!!

Alyssa made my delivery issue very easy with her knowledge and understanding. The resolution was quick, simple and easy. The customer service with MM is great and you actually talk to real people, not that bs AI crap! I’ve used this service for a while now and have had very little to no issues at all. I’ll continue to use this service for my groceries and dietary needs as they have a diverse selection from gluten free to your everyday food needs.

I’m not completely sold on MM. I certainly didn’t sign up to pay more than I already do at the store, so it’s imperative to know your pricing per oz., & etc. I’m fine with things not perfect, but leaking and completely thawed due to poor packing is another. I also find it questionable that foods are opened and repackaged. I’m just not sure about that across the board. I will try this a few more times, but………..
