Never been so impressed with a company before! Ordered a FHI straightener and it's amazing! Also is got here in literally 3 days! I shop online almost every week so for me to be this impressed says a lot. The packaging was beyond amazing... everything was so cute and organized and they sent me freebies!! E.L.F eyeshadows and lipgloss, hand sanitizer, sleeping eye mask and some air freshener roses!! So beautiful! I would recommend this to anyone!!

I just purchased my first high end flat iron from Misikko, and not only did I receive my flat iron but I received some other goodies with it as well. You can tell that they really take care of their customers. I will definitely purchase from them again. They're wonderful!!

I ordered a Chi Turbo 1" a few days after Christmas. Nowhere on the site did it state that it was "OUT OF STOCK". I ordered it, and never received any kind of confirmation email, which made me wonder. It has now been almost 2 weeks, I've called almost every other day, and I get the same answer each day; "We were expected to get them today, but should get them tomorrow." I has now been like 14 days and I have nothing. I am not happy. They need a "LIVE INVENTORY" to let customers know if it is in stock or not. WHERE IS MY ITEM!!!??

I wanted to be certain that the order was placed in time for Christmas for my granddaughter so I ordered it on 12/8/11. The product was in stock and I received an immediate email confirmation (around 5:00). Then 8:00 I received a UPS confirmation the product was picked up. I had the order within 24 hours of purchase. And. . . . it was packaged with additional items in an incredibly nice display. I'll be wrapping the shipping box for Christmas because the product is so beautifully displayed. I could not be more pleased with the company & service.

I purchased a Turbo Chi from this company and when I received it in the mail, it is a fake. I was replacing an identical Chi I had, and the Chi they sent me had slightly different lettering, writings, and you can tell the material it's made out of is worse. Please don't buy from this company. If you have never owned a Chi you may not realize it's a fake, but I'm positive it is. Now I can't even get a hold of the returns department, but I will keep trying. :(

I ve purchased T3 hairdryer and flat irons set from misikko. I tried to register the products on the official T3 site to get the warranty. I recieved and email from T3 saying that the products can NOT be registered because misikko does not have the authority to sell their products. I ve sent misikko an email did not hear from them back. I have a feeling that the products they sell are not genuine.

I have been a licensed hairstylist for over 35 years and searching by going over reviews online for months for the BEST and most economical flat iron to use. The BEST is not necessarily the most expensive. Well, quite by accident, through doing internet searches I came across this company Misikko.com and called them directly. Most people recommended the Chi flat iron to be the best. They have the Chi...but directed me to the Corioliss Classic Pro 1" Flat Iron for almost 1/2 the price. It not only was solid ceramic which I insisted on...but it was variable temperature as well which is great for fragile hair all the way to stubborn hair. Most of the Chi irons are only one temp. and can easily damage hair if not used carefully. When the package came I was shocked! There were silk roses carefully placed in the packaging making it look wonderful, a free heat proof mat/carrying case for the iron, a free full size lipstick in a wonderful color, a free mascara and the Thermal Shine Shield at $10 off the original price and I got a $10 discount for ordering over a certain amount as a winter special and same day shipping and free shipping to boot. YOU CANNOT BEAT MISIKKO.COM! SHOP THERE! THEY ARE WONDERFUL and the phone customer service will spend all the time you need to describe all the irons or whatever you want to buy with you and take all the time you need without a worry in the world. I ordered a product that was marked as being in stock and waited over a week to hear an updated on the status of my purchase. I called to find out why. No one bothered to contact me, even by simply sending me an email. The representative that took my call was very nice and apologized for the people who were "supposed to call" to let me know I wouldnt receive my order for nearly two more weeks. This representative's kindness was the only reason I did not cancel the order. A product not being in stock is understandable, these things happen. What is unacceptable is not hearing about the status of my purchase. I would likely not purchase from this store again due to their lack of contact with customers regarding their orders. This is my first purchase from this store and I chose to order from them because of their prices. However I will go back to the store that I formerly bought this product from, even though it will cost me more money.

As a stylist of 15 years I only shop at Misikko because they "get" what I'm trying to do. It's not worth it for me to try and save $5 by getting something on ebay because when I call Misikko I get a professional opinion on products as well as amazing customer service.
