DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I purchased three dresses for weekend of wedding events. all but one looked like the photos, none of them even fit properly. I reach out for refund and showed them examples of the dresses not being as expected per their website (different colors, different style) in addition to their sizing issues. They would only offer $75 total (not even a quarter of what I paid) return for all three and I could keep dresses. If I send back I would only get partial return and have to pay for shipping, custom fees and inspection fees!!! This is ridiculous and terrible business practice! I feel scammed! I'm out over $500 for dresses I don't want and can't wear!!!

Return nightmare
I was so excited to receive my bridal pantsuit with overlay. I’m a mature bride and wanted something different.
It finally arrived and I was so disappointed. The fabric is stiff and cheap and looked cheap. The color was white yet I ordered ivory. Bummed yes, but figured I could return and keep looking. Buyers Beware!!!! Returns don’t happen. They ignore the request and when finally respond they do not send a shipping label they offer a ridiculous amount to keep the item. An offer of $32 refund for a $189 dress. When I rejected the offer and asked for the label or a reasonable refund amount they declined. I have never had such a run around and they are not customer driven. Bottom line, do not order from Missacc unless you are 100% certain it will fit and you will be satisfied. Horrible company policies and unfair return practices being imposed.

The item was of poor quality and the wrong colour. I returned the item to be told I would be charged a 10% restocking fee and a £23 delivery fee. I have disputed both as before I purchased i asked directly about returns and was not advised about a restocking fee had I been I would not have ordered.
I have also disputed the shipping fee they have charged me as my item included free shipping. I am yet to receive my full refund even though I returned the item over a month ago.
I have filed a charge back with my card issuer and my next step is trading standards. Steer clear of this company. I have documented evidence of everything!!!!
