In terms of the products ordered, delivery time, quality etc. then no complaints. However, the tights ordered did non have a size guide on the website... first issue.... and so made a guess as to the appropriate size. Unfortunately they turned out to be too small. Looking at the website, it says that any return shipment is to be paid by the customer.... hmm... not very friendly.... and in this case, since the tights were in the sale the guaranteed return shipping would have been greater that the cost of the tights.... not much point in returning them then! I could have bought a second pair of tights, but the cost of shipping is £5.99.... rather expensive for tights, and again more than the cost of the tights. So, I emailed them... and waited... about a week later, with still no response I forwarded my original mail... and waited. Almost 2 weeks later, still no response. I think I am perhaps fortunate that the main part of my order was ok. I cannot see ordering from Miss Coquines again.

I know the brand as I used to buy from their physical shop in France, but I wanted to buy shoes from the UK shop.
Hopefully I'm french native as the site isn't completely translated.

I found also very complicated to order as you need to login to your account etc. I finally contacted their customer service to find out how to order on their site.
I eventually complete my order.
That was epic and very complicated.
Then I received the order within 5 days for a delivery cost of around 7£...
One of the shoes was to short so I followed the instruction to exchange them.
One again, you needed to login to your account, find the historic orders, find your orders, the item you have ordered and select if you want a refund or an exchange.

I asked then for a exchanged onsite, detailed why I needed a change, the color, the new size and then got a confirmation message saying I will receive a printed label to return the shoes.

I never received it. So I've contacted the customer service who got surprised because they never received my claim for an exchange.
They finally sent me the label, I've paid 7£ more to return the shoes.

3 days laters I've received a message from their customer service saying they will sent me the new pair within 72H. It's 10 days after and still got nothing.

So... If you want to buy from this site. Good luck !!!
