Great service
Booked a one off oven clean with Miss Maid for the first time and am very satisfied with the result. The cleaner arrived about 45 minutes after the one hour arrival time window, that's why I've dropped a star, but the service provided was very good. The oven and extractor are spotless. No nasty smells and it was done very quickly. Will be booking Miss Maid again.

Managed to clean 0% of the property.
Managed to clean 0% of the property.
Raced across London to make our arranged cleaning time of 8am, two staff showed up without any cleaning supplies and started taking photographs instead of cleaning anything.
They then vanished and I received a phone call from the dispatcher saying the cleaning would require more staff and a new quote which they'd get to me by the end of the day.
A complete lie as they never contacted me again, simply leaving me twisting in the wind with a looming exit date.
Avoid as they can't be trusted to do what you've paid them to do.
Did wind up using a different company who actually did what they said they'd do - got the full deposit back, ultimately.
Reading other reviews, the "show up with no intention to clean and claim the property is in worse state than it actually is to entrap and charge more" routine seems to be a verrrrry common thread with these fools.

I had an absolutely appalling…
I had an absolutely appalling experience with Miss Maid, and I feel very compelled to warn others about their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability.
We booked an end-of-tenancy cleaning, and the service was far below acceptable standards. The cleaning itself was subpar, leaving us to re-clean the apartment ourselves before handing it over to the landlord.
However, the most shocking part was the behavior of one of their cleaners. The male cleaner was aggressive, slamming doors, throwing cleaning aids around, and behaving in a completely unprofessional manner. Worse still, they caused direct damage to our property by destroying both extractor hood filters, which has left us in a difficult position with our landlord.
When we raised these issues with Miss Maid, their response was dismissive and unacceptable. They attempted to deflect responsibility by citing their 72-hour complaint policy, even though this was a case of intentional property damage. Their refusal to take accountability and provide meaningful resolution is deeply disappointing.
If you value your property and peace of mind, I strongly advise against using Miss Maid’s services. Their complete lack of professionalism, poor service standards, and complete disregard for customer concerns are truly unacceptable.

Best end of tenancy clean there is
Genuinely can't fault Miss Maid. I've used them for end of tenancy cleans two (maybe three?) times, and the cleaners have been kind and attentive - leaving the flats spotless. My last flat looked better when I moved out than when I moved in, thanks to them! Customer service is also incredible, always answer straight away in a professional demeanor, both over the phone and over email. Very happy with the service!

Avoid this company. They did an end of tenancy cleaning, charged £420 UPFRONT, did an awful job of cleaning (oven not cleaned, cobwebs left on ceilings, kitchen cabinets not cleaned, carpet badly steam cleaned, window sills and tiles left dusty and dirty, skirting boards dusty, shower and taps not cleaned and had bad staining from limescale). It was an empty house so they basically just cleaned the fridge and floors and some of the surfaces. Asked them to return and gave them a list and they only cleaned the oven and shelves, left everything else…waste of money and the fact that they charge in full UPFRONT, should have sent alarm bells ringing. And they charge all that money and don’t do a basic job! Avoid at all cost.

Miss Maid did a moving in clean for me and did an excellent job. The team were on time and went beyond what was necessary, even washing the sash windows. 1 bedroom end of tenancy clean
Had a small snag where there had to cancel last minute (cleaning team had broken down?), but they called and were able to rearrange for the next convenient day, coming out to collect the keys from me to save me another trip. For an end of tenancy one bedroom clean, the property was left in a good state. Landlord returned full deposit. Would use again - I assume the breakdown was just bad luck.

Angelina does such a wonderful job, she is very professional, great with cats, always on time, clearly communicates and does her work to an exceptional standard. She has also been exceptionally understanding of working around us since we have begun to work more from home over the last 3 years.
