I’ve recently been defrauded by a website masquerading as Miss Selfridge (missselfridge.top), which a lot of the previous reviews may be regarding and not the official Miss Selfridge or ASOS. I’ve since reported the page to Action Fraud, NCSC and other merchants it references and represents itself as in attempt to have the site removed ASAP. I became suspicious when my PayPal invoice was converted to US dollars and sent to an individual in China: ‘Zheng Jieya’. I never received an order confirmation and customer service does not respond. I only wish I’d seen these reviews prior and really feel for everyone stung by this scam - avoid at all costs!

Possible fake company. I waited 3 weeks for my order to be dispatched only to find it coming from china, they sent a tracking number which was for an address in Wales, about 200 miles from where I live. Luckily I paid via PayPal so opened a dispute, the company never responded and I got all of my money back.

I am not confident this is a legitimate company. Bought something from them 10 days ago for daughter and had a slight concern about the payment process, which directed me straight to PayPal. Also, receipt doesn't acknowledge this is a Miss Selfridge Company. I emailed them for assurance but have had no response and, of course, no update in order status.
