This is usually a good spot to eat

This is usually a good spot to eat. Today was not one of those days. The waiter asked if I wanted to order and I said give me a second to look over the menu. The waiter left me and did not come back for more than 10 minutes. I really wanted to get up and leave the establishment. This place was not crowded just a moderate crowd. I thought he forgot about me. In addition, the people in the next booth kept rocking the seat which disturbed my eating experience. I will not be going there for awhile. The customer service is detoriating.
