Ase 

My experience with Ase is with mixed feelings.
They are really polite, and understanding.
But they have constantly messed up with forms, contracts etc.(nearly on a weekly base for 9 months)
This has stressed me alot, because i've constantly needed to check up on information, contact Ase to make them aware of mistakes...also continuation of same mistakes.
This has continued for 9 months , and now i have problems with SKAT (tax), and my other public support, as financial support for house rent, daycare for my kids, and so on.
Its just not OK...Especially when you become sick with stress of worrying, and the feeling that you have no control of what they forward to other public institutions.

My satisfaction and appreciation to Ase is beyond words. I`Am always attended so nicely both on phone and personal contact by the staff, ever willing to solve my problems since l became a member, a little more than three years ago.
Right now, am partially jobless and the very day l was informed by my company to drastically reduce my hours for a mean time, Ase gave every assurance and confort to help me to get a good job and to solve my benifits as well.
Additionally, l can not thank their excellent staff in general, especially my thanks and credits goes to Hanife. The person who thaught me how to do things by myself and ever ready to help me regarding any question(s) that I may have. Not only did I receive practical help, but also I gained knowledge and tolls to be independent.
