I buy at auction every week and Mitchells exclled themselves , some auctions do nothing for buyers even though we pay a buyers premium but Mitchells were prompt and extremely well packed lots were received a few days after purchase , some auctions are so unhelpful I don't bid with them but I will make extra effort to bid and buy at Mitchells in the future
Communication is very poor. I've been waiting for contact from post and packing for a week after paying an invoice

Scammers. Took my money well enough but when it came to getting the item. Nothing. 2 emails and 1 phone call. Nothing. Don't use them or they will just take your money and then nothing. Kept getting told they will contact me. Nothing. Auction was 20 / 3 its now 12 / 4. Won an auction with another auction house 4 days ago and the item is already with the courier on its way to me.
