The product arrived defective
The product arrived defective, it wouldn't power on properly. Within a few days it wouldn't power on at all. Now I'm trying to return it, which is a lengthy process.
Mito Red Light responded to me and says I have not submitted the video of the problem they requested. I have in fact submitted it twice. I cannot use their Returns Portal because the only option it gives me is to request a replacement, and I want a refund. I paid for this insurance and I want a refund. I have submitted the video they requested and I'm waiting for a response.
Update as of 3/23/26: Mito sent me a return label, I shipped the product back to them and they did issue a full refund. I am satisfied.

This order was placed with us over the phone, and at the time of purchase we advised that the Universal Stand was currently out of stock and on pre-order. The expected restock timeframe was late February, with orders scheduled to ship the first week of March once inventory arrived.
As soon as the stand became available, your order was fulfilled and FedEx tracking shows it was delivered on March 7.

Great service I ordered the wrong stand for my red lights and they immediately emailed me and recommended I switch to a slightly more expensive light that was better that I didn’t realize was available. It shipped quickly and customer service has been fantastic. I’m very happy with the product in the service.

It is a well made unit
It is a well made unit. It is a little heavy but sits well on it's adjustable stand. I like the timer and the different light settings along with variable intensity. It's nice to get my circadium rhythm going in the morning even when the sun is not shining.
