Purchased the Analog Plus through AV…Beautiful design, fundamentally broken product
Purchased the Analog Plus through AV Connection (Denmark), importing it to Japan. The design looked fantastic and I was genuinely excited to set it up.
The reality: within less than a month, the turntable could not hold 33 RPM — it kept jumping to 45 on its own, making every record unplayable at the correct speed. The CD player had no gapless playback, meaning silence was inserted between every track. Live albums, concept albums, anything with crossfades — all ruined.
A turntable that can't hold speed is defective. A CD player without gapless playback in 2026 is a design failure. These are not edge cases — these are basic requirements for a music player.
To their credit, the customer service team did respond and acknowledged the issues. But the product itself was so fundamentally flawed that I destroyed it and disposed of it after less than a month of ownership.
I cannot recommend the Analog Plus to anyone who actually listens to music.

Such efficient service
I had a problem with my mixx bud lites, as one wasn't charging, i went online to the company, and was directed to customer support, and had an immediate response, they advised me to follow a few procedures, to see if my problem could be resolved, unfortunately it couldn't as they where just out of warranty, as a good will jesture they have replaced them, excellent service from your team, pity other companies don't act as quickly and efficiently as you do, well done to all concerned, especially Ben Savage, thank you so much. Superb customer service
I bought a pair of earbuds recently and being new to such technology, I thought they might be difficult to set up, but the instructions were clear and they worked within seconds. Unfortunately there was then an issue with them but contacting customer service was a breeze - honestly the best customer service I've ever experienced. I didn't expect any help apart from troubleshooting technical support as I hadn't kept my receipt, but my query was dealt with within hours, and I've just received new earbuds - all of this within a couple of days of contacting them. Many thanks to Rizzy and Ben - I'll definitely recommend Mixx to other people.

Massive disappointment
I have tried hard to give this company benefit of a doubt but all that I am left with is to write this warning to unassuming potential customers. I have bought Stream buds mini M1 last year which were a decent pair of earbuds for the price. However the lid on the charging case broke pretty soon after purchase and the case is unable to shut properly. However it still charges the earbuds. I thought hey you get what you pay for and decided to upgrade to streambuds hybrid ultra which was the worst possible decision in the hindsight. Apart from nice looking and well designed case, everything else is disaster with these earbuds. They connect and disconnect randomly for no reason. Keep playing after you put them in the charging box. Touch sensors don't work most of the time. The display doesn't go off after I put the earbuds back in and the battery doesn't last nowhere near stated period not even half the time they claim. Truly disappointing. I have contacted them via their website about these issues and they didn't even bother to respond. Beware fancy advertising and shiny looking zinc alloy charging cases that are absolutely useless.
If I could give zero stars I would.
P.S. The first pair of cheaper earbuds even sounds better then the expensive ones

CUSTOMER SERVICE DIDNT EVEN TRY ASSIST ME IN GETTING EARBUDS WORKING
So i bought these i have a few different pairs.
Anyway buy yourself a cheap 10£ pair as these dont even pair together.
Went online chat.bot useless and no humans interact with the chat.i called the guy didnt go through any steps.he said he would send an email which he didnt 40quid down the pan.
Dont buy any of these as they wont help when there is an issue.extremely disappointed in the product and lack of customer service.
Everyone just buy cheap coz these are useless.
The bit doesnt even know how to.answer basic questions,or understand basic ENGLISH.absolute waste of time and money.

Excellent Customer support from MIXX
My son recently got a Mixx StreamBuds Solo 2 but unfortunaltely he lost the charging case on a bus while coming from school. I tried lostand found,but couldnt get the case. Then I tried online chat with Mixx customer service and got a prompt reply from Ben. After sharing the details , he said this theft or damage is not covered under warranty, still he is kind enough to send a new one, free of cost. I really appreciate your support and thanks a lot Mixx customer service, as without the charging case we cant use the earbuds.

I recently bought hybrid earbuds. One of the earbud is continuously making buzzing noise. Contacted several times to customers service but they didn't even bother to answer my query. The company that don't even bother to answer customers queries, what would you aspect the product would be. They are scam.
