Nice! Both my pillows arrived in a timely manner. The reason why I still give four stars is because there was one mishap were they sent me the wrong design logo but they quickly sent me a shipping label to return it and sent me the correct one I ordered. Good company, spectacular customer service

I've ordered 3 times from MJ gift shop. The first 2 times were great and the products were amazing. The last time I ordered 4 or 5 personalised items for teacher gifts very early beginning of June, Plenty of time before the end of school year.
It took 3 weeks for my order to change to "awaiting shipment" 6 weeks later still no order. I emailed 4 times and reached out on Instagram to have a reply of "check your emails" - no emails! No correspondence. In the end I opened a case via PayPal for my money back. Its a shame really as I would have always used them.

Do not use this company they have disappeared, not supplied goods I ordered or responded to numerous requests for refund.

I have ordered some items on 31 May 2018 for Fathers day, and was told on the phone I would receive them by then. I haven't received them and each time I call and send a message I get no reply.
I have asked them now for just my money back and have had no word.
I also made the mistake of ordering 2 items instead of 1 (another occasion) and they told me they only processed one item which I did receive and still waiting for a refund of the extra item.
Please don't use them as they seem to have gone bust or AWOL and so I have lost money.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find out that this store no longer seems to work. We purchased an item 2 weeks ago as a wedding gift for a couple that got married 2 days ago, but we had no update and no response to emails, telephone calls and answering machine messages. I am very sorry to leave this bad review, but this is what happened to us.

I ordered 5 sets of cuff links for my ushers about a month ago,I got married last Sunday and still no cuff links,iv sent numerous mails and no reply and telephone just keeps ringing out,I’m so disgusted that iv still not been able to give my ushers a present,will never buy a single thing from here again

I won a beauty and the beast personalised towel on Twitter and even though I'm 30 I was over the moon 😂 it's arrived and I love it !! It has my name on, it's amazing!! It's bigger than a normal swimming towel too which I'm really pleased about as I'm always cold so this will keep me warm in Flordia haha :) customer service is really good too would recommend 100 percent!

i ordered my wife a beauty and the beast mug and large cushion with our names on and they have arrived and are amazing quality. i have one very happy wife. the mug is wonderful and the cushion cover is nice and thick. we will be shopping again soon with you as your a wonderful shop to buy from and have great customer care

Ordering via the website was quick and easy. A slight delay in getting the item shipped out, but it was all explained and didn't take too long.

The quality of the item is has expected for the price I paid. Free shipping was a bonus, but yet again, this took a fair bit longer than expected with no means of tracking (can't complain much as it was free :p)

Excellent company, friendly staff and amazing personalised gifts to please even the hardest of people to buy for. My daughter is delighted with her pencil tin, lunch bag and cup especially as they have beauty and the beast characters on with her name too! Highly recommended for those people who are difficult to buy for as well as those special people in your life whatever their age.
