Just when you thought great customer service was a thing of the past along come MK Loft.
Steve and Mark did a superb job of my loft insulation and boarding. Turned up on time and got busy immediately. Left everything clean and tidy. Pleasure to have you both in our home.

This is the go to company if you want your loft boarded up or insulation fitted.

I wish I had utilised MK Loft boarding's services in the first place however I went with Home Counties Loft Ladders who did a shoddy job leaving the loft susceptible to condensation due to the boards not being installed correctly and thus restricting air flow.

I contacted MK Loft Boarding to arrange a survey and Babs was ever so efficient to give me a date. Aaron attended the property and gave an honest appraisal.

On the day of the install Mark and Steve arrived and they worked ever so hard and tirelessly to remedy the issues from the previous installation.

Their appetite to complete the task in hand was clearly evident and they were very amenable and helpful.

Further to this their customer service was outstanding, Mark and Steve exemplify the standard that all trades persons should strive to meet.

We moved into a new build and wanted to create some more storage space in the loft. MK Loft came out to survey, talked through the options nice and clearly and provided a quote we were happy to go ahead with. The loft boarding and ladder install was completed very professionally and we’re delighted with the result. Easy company to deal with, would highly recommend them.

They did a great job with topping up the loft insulation and half boarding it. They kept our property clean, answered our questions, listened to our requests and finished the job in a day. We had minimal disruption. The house is much warmer, We had to turn the upstairs radiators down, because it was too hot with the usual heating setting.

I am so happy that I chose MK Loft Boarding to board my loft. I made an enquiry online, which was answered speedily by Babs. The survey took place days later. I received sensible advice and a very competitive price from Arran. I accepted the electronic quote and Babs contacted me to book the work for the following week. Alex arrived on time with his co-worker. The job was done carefully, thoroughly, and with much consideration. The sensibly accessible parts of the loft were boarded and 6 shelves installed, with all cleaning up done within 3.5 hours. I received an electronic invoice via my account and was able to pay quickly with minimum fuss. This is an excellent company providing delightful customer service. I relied heavily on reviews when making this booking. I am pleased to say that the service and work quality exceeded my high expectations.

Mark and Steve done my loft flooring, loft ladder and lighting. They were on time and finished the job in no time and tidy up after them. Very hard working. A job well done.

As a new home owner I was very confused about my options. The great thing about mkloftboarding is that their team is extremely patient and detailed about all of my questions. Babs, who handles email queries, was very helpful with my repeated back and forth. I had so many questions and took my time but Babs was amazing at answering all my questions. Even their surveyor came down a second time as I had some follow-up questions.
During the install itself there was a minor miscommunication that led to an unexpected install. I realized this after I had already signed off on the installation. To their credit, Ryan(their director) came down to check what had happened and suggested solutions and re-did some work without any extra charge. Truly more than what I could have expected. Really happy with everything they did and will be recommending them to all of my friends.

Excellent service from start to finish. Easy booking and payment process. The team was professional, laid down floor protection, completed the job efficiently, explained the ladder use, and left no mess. Highly recommended!

We recently had work done by MK Loft Boarding Ltd and we could not be happier. From the initial quote given by Callum to the final touches, the entire process was seamless and professional. Callum took the time to explain what would be done and when they would be able to fit us in, all before Christmas.
The two chaps that did our installation, Mark and Steve, arrived on time, worked efficiently and left our home spotless after the job was done.
They were just amazing.
The quality of the loft boarding is exceptional – it’s sturdy, neat and has transformed the unused loft space into a functional storage area. They also sorted out the insulation (evened it out). The added loft ladder is easy to use and feels secure and they had their electrician come out and fit our bar light.
What really stood out was their attention to detail and genuine care for customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the result. We initially had another company come around to give a quote, but the person didn't seem interested at all, not even wanting to board the entire loft (which MK Loft Boarding Ltd, did for us). The person didn't even bother to contact us back with a quote.

Very impressed with MK Loft Boarding. Everything from the quote to the communications to the work itself was clearly explained and carried out quickly and professionally. The guys even did some repairs on our ladder free of charge. We got all the loft insulated and half of it boarded - should we decide to get the rest boarded I wouldn't even shop around for quotes, I'd get them straight back. Highly recommended.

Everything was super smooth, from getting a quote to discussing our options to getting the work done. I raised a query regarding a snag or two and they were straight back round to fix things. Amazing company! I booked a free visit to discuss adding loft ladders, the guy was incredibly respectful, taking shoes off without asking! Gave me lots of options to think about. Had several tick box options with clear pricing for each. Booked in the ladders, got a message saying they could fit it the same day! So impressed. Again, incredibly respectful young men arrived, and fitted within 30 mins! Even had a demonstration how to use it :) very happy with the service, 100% recommend!
