I used MK for a transfer from Kyoto to Kobe. I found MK via search, and read a couple of reviews. It seemed good and credible. I emailed to have a quote. The website said they would respond within 3 days, but they responded within an hour or so, even on a Saturday. They provided a quote, which I think was good. I cannot judge wether it could be found cheaper. JPY 30K for a 1.5 hour transfer in a 9 person Van is good enough for me. We communicated a bit over the Sunday to refine pick up and destination. The driver arrived 10 minutes early helped with luggage, spoke very good english, and was keen to tell us about the things we passed. The ride was smooth and timely. Top marks in my book.
