Terrible customer service, no communication, conflicting info

I've had a subscription to the AtBat app since it first came out. I have had nothing but problems this year and have been trying to get some help in solving them for over a month. I get conflicting information: "AtBat has been replaced by MLB+" with a link to purchase MLB+, for 40 bucks more a year; "AtBat should still work," according to a customer service rep when I called--from Spain!--to try and get some answers. I've been asked (twice!) to name a time and date for them to contact me to troubleshoot the problem, and I was not contacted either time. I keep getting automated messages saying they are going to close my support request in 24 hours unless they hear from me that the problem has not been resolved (it has not). The left hand doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing, and worse yet, they don't even seem to care.

I signed up for the 7 day free trial…

I signed up for the 7 day free trial for the Cardinals network. I the first day I had to call in because it was only taking me to their main home page. After being on the phone for 47 minutes they finally fixed the problem. The next day I tried to watch the game and it was doing the same thing. I was told to look for it on my phone. I said no, I want it on my tv. They wanted me to redown load the ap and start over. Finally they said they fixed the problem, the game was over but I could watch it in 90 minutes. The game was still on in the 6th inning and I said I wanted to watch it live, not after the fact. I canceled my subcription.

Service is highly inconsistent. Streaming often incurs technical issues such as "freeze" frame or "fuzzy" broken up streaming. Also, blackouts appear to occur if you're located in the same state the games are being played. As an example, I live in western Michigan and I am not able to watch the St. Louis Cardinals series against the Detroit Tigers played in Detroit due to blackout. However, for an additional fee, streaming access is provided, this is a classic bait and switch marketing strategy.

I ordered a shirt for my grandson

I ordered a shirt for my grandson, I received order confirmation with an expected delivery date, the shirt did not arrive. MLB's tracking showed a label was created waiting on item, still shows waiting on item. I contacted MLB and was given the excuse it's still in the delivery window, wait a couple days. I did, still no item. I contacted them today, their tracking still says waiting on item but they are telling me it was delivered. I have screen shots of the order detail and the lasership tracking and neither show the item delivered. I am frustrated.

Greedy, selfish company!!!!

If I could rate this company a 0 I would. Whatever you do, never, ever, ever, ever purchase anything from this company. I purchased a Dodger sweater that I returned but they have refused to refund my card, only offering me a gift card. I have spent hours going back and forth with the company's outsourced return team and they have straight lied to me several times. I resorted to contacting them through instagram which also turned out to be a waste of time. In addition, I sent an email directly to the CEO, and the email was met with crickets. Any company that penny-pinches working-class people to make an extra hundred dollars should be boycotted and run out of business. A company like this should be exiled to the pig pen, where they can roll around in their own filth on their own time. Please, please, never buy anything from these money-hungry swine.

Horrible customer service

Don't waste your time buying from MLBSHOP.COM like I did. Their customer service is horrible. You buy an item one day and the next day it goes on sale and you call to get a price adjustment just to be told they can't do that. So it's a hassle returning the item to get the same thing at a lower price.

this website tells me EVERYTHING on EVERY game that is currently happening! It can also show me replays of games and clips of games, and highlights!

$200 Nike Red Sox jersey is GARBAGE

I ordered a personalized $200 Nike brand Red Sox Jersey from MLB.com as a gift for a person I have a LOT of respect for. I'm a Yankees fan so you can understand how hard this was to do. When it arrived, it looks like something you'd buy at Kmart. I couldn't be more disappointed with the quality. The letters and numbers are ironed on. You'd think for $200 they would be stitched. I bought a personalized Yankees jersey at Lids a few years ago for WAY less and it was SO much nicer. I even ordered an Indians jersey for $54 from a facebook sponsored at that I thought sure was going to be a scam and THAT jersey is WAY nicer than this Nike jersey. Save your money, do yourself a favor, and buy somewhere else. I can't return it because it's personalized.

Waste of Money!

MLB claims to provide live baseball content and it does….LOTS of audio which can get anywheres FREE. Works fine in April and May. Get to June and beyond, very, very few live games that you can see especially for contenders AND especially for Yankees. if you’re a Yankees fan, bite the bullet and save your money for YES. MLB SUCKS!!
