Was the only shop that had both parts i wanted for my car, so i ordered them. Customer support immediately responded to my order, that those weren't in stock and informed me that it may take longer to arrive. They informed be about every step of the order and sent the parts seperated as soon as they got them. Very nice experience, would order again, if i have some parts i need.

Got replay the morning after, and we had a email conversation where they help me locate alternative parts. Excellent customer support.
