Horrible horrible company

Horrible horrible company. Took $94.53 from me for car products and they never delivered. And in fact when I simply asked me for my money back, they wrote template BS replies and putting me off while I kept warning them...My single worst experience of my consumption life.

No resolution on a $736 refund

This is a copy of my communication to them on an order I never received:

“Hello Lewis,

It’s been 4 months, and waiting patiently through 13 emails, with no actual refund for the order you never shipped back in December of 2025, for $736.63.

I really need to have this resolved within the next 48 hours please.

Kindly advise on your soonest.

Thank you. “

Ml performance is not a good retailer. YOU WILL GET BURNT

First time ever writing a review on a company. So I ordered a set of has kit from them which showed in stock, but it wasn’t. They contacted me telling me it would take 2 to 4 weeks to get I cancelled my and it took over a month to receive my refund. Thanks to PayPal forcing them. No picks up the phone, ever! They send emails apologizing but no action is taken by them. Don’t buy from them, I never will

Do not buy from these people.

I ordered some shock absorbers in July, I still have no shocks, no refund and customer services do not accept calls, the phone goes dead every time. They have responded to my email asking for a refund but strangely customer services are not available or systems are down, so I am now having to go through the money claims court.

Items never recieved

Placed an order in March,long lead,non refundable,item never received.Same in August,parts special order so non refundable...seems like a scam company.I will be avoiding this company in future.

Absolute scum bags

Absolute scum bags. They show things in stock, send you some bull crap shipping date, and then two weeks later than that, send an update that...ooops, its out of stock so it will be another 3-4 weeks. They don't have anybody to talk to if you call. They basically ignore you. I have requested a cancellation repeatedly and they don't respond. Their whole game seems to be to bait you and then make you wait until they can drop ship...if ever. Good luck getting your money back.

Regrettable

Regrettable. A true lack of respect for the consumer — something I’ve rarely seen from any company in my life.

I purchased a product on June 5, 2025, and paid $1,150.62. On June 11, they sent me an email requesting an additional $246.98, claiming the product had been incorrectly priced in their inventory. I went ahead and paid the difference on June 16.

And that’s when the nightmare began. I heard nothing until the beginning of August about the whereabouts of either my money or the parts. I was left without both! Finally, after countless emails, messages, and even filing claims through PayPal, I was refunded.

Avoid this company at all costs. They sell what they don’t actually have, and keep stalling while holding onto your money. STAY AWAY!

SCAM site, BEWARE

I would give zero stars if I could. I bought an OBD2 MHD adapter and it's been over a month since I ordered the item. I had an email today saying they didn't price the item correctly and asking me to pay a further $35! Unbelievable. This site is a scam at worst or at best an example of the worst incompetence imaginable. Steer clear or be prepared for a legal battle to recoup your money!!!

Just bad…never again!

Ordered a Rieger rear diffuser on January 25, 2024. Estimated delivery time: 3-4 weeks. I had to check in numerous times to get updates. Yesterday, almost six (!) weeks after ordering, I get an email that the item is ready to ship immediately BUT that I need to pay another $90 in shipping “because of a system error” in calculating shipping costs. Since it’s a special order item, they decline a cancelation of the order. So, yay me! Either I pay extra to get an item I paid in full incl. shipping and should’ve received 2 weeks ago at the latest. Or I refuse the additional charge but will most likely never see a refund - because it’s a special order item and no refunds. Never again!

Deceptive shipping times

Ordered a 20L pail of Mobil oil. It said it would arrive in 4-5 business days. After not receiving shipping information for 3 days, I reached out to customer service to inquire about the order status.
They replied that the item was out of stock, and said they apologized if that "wasn't made clear enough."
This is a blatant lie, as there was no indication on the order screen, payment screen, shipping info screen, or order confirmation screen that the item was out of stock. There was no effort made to communicate product availability, not that it just "wasn't made clear enough."
Deceptive company at worst, or highly unprofessional and disorganized at best. I'd avoid if possible.

Avoid!

Avoid!! I put my order on 6/12/23 and should receive my oil on 15/12/23. Every week after was getting emails about stock shortage. On 02/01/24 i ask for order cancellation any money return. I got my money back on 10/01/24…
