Multimax Northern Cyprus. Been with this company for one year and during this time have never had speeds above 10 mbps with frequent outages although I am paying for 20. I am sure they are throttling the connection speed, but am unable to enter the router configuration to check as they have blocked acces to the router. Most ISP's in northern Cyprus are they same so changing the ISP would make no difference.
