This company is one of the worse ever.purchased a campervan Volkswagen VU58y yzf.Said it would be delivered Friday 7/8/26.At 13.00.Not delivered.Got in touch.Then told me 18.00.Fast forward to Saturday the next day.Not answering e mails.phoned there number answered a put phone down Surprise now number is invalid.Not letting this drop tho.Horid company.Stay well away

Absolutely despicable company!!! This company are on the radar! Mohamed I don’t know how you sleep at night!! I bought a bmw, from day one it was dipping in power, Mohamed then had it back with his mechanics, then returned it after 1 and a half weeks said it was the throttle body, said it was fixed, still was dipping, it had also come back with a dinted bumper, they had stuck a new number plate on with sticky tape!! He Wouldn’t repair it. Then we had to take it to a local garage, where they confirmed he hadn’t replaced the throttle body! The plugs were drenched in oil! It broke down on our journey on holiday. The car was then repaired for new engine coil, miss fire on cylinder 3, no safety override on acceleratior and brake, needed oil £600 pounds- then bmw have fitted a new coolant pump, £1,168 pounds. Spark plugs £160,00. The warranty is the lowest and isn’t worth the paper it written on! He’s caused us so much stress over 3 months, my wife having to pay for buses to work at the hospital, getting up 2 hrs earlier and returning home 2 hrs later for weeks thanks to this con man! I’m in talks with trading standards about how I asked for the money to be returned and my 14 day money back, consumer rights, he said it will take years through the small claim courts and I’d get nowt back as he would deduct miles and wear and tear! Utter cowboy! Taking hard earned cash off people! I’m pursuing this con man and consulted auto trader and trading standards. Please don’t entertain this car dealer and he’s now changed the name of the old yarn lane motors to Mns miter, still at same address! Karma Mohamed

I have just bought a 10 year old Meriva, (68,000 miles). It was pretty much what I expected for a car of its age, however I discovered the following which should not have got past a pre-delivery:

Noted the nearside front interior window seal was partially hanging off at the back. Someone had removed the door trim and failed to re-secure it properly. i removed the trim and seal and re-secured them, having retrieved the missing clips from inside the door trim.
Wheels not properly balanced and tracking out of alignment. Pre-delivery "main service" signed off, which clearly wasn't! Pollen filter last changed 6 years and 40,000 miles previously and absolutely filthy(20,000 mile periodicity). we'll see whether the air-filter is in the same state idc. Notwithstanding a superficial valet, driver seat filthy, easily cleaned subsequently with VAX. Horn button cover ripped (previous owner with thumb ring?). Replacement part available for £5.00 on line (awaited)! Gear knob encrusted with make-up. Cam belt change overdue. One key broken, replacement available on line for about £3.50. A little more effort and attention to customer service detail required in preparing cars for sale! A little effort makes a lot of difference!

This company is terrible!!! After borederline harrasing me through calls and messages to receive payment for the car they then became vague and distant with my queries as to why 7 weeks later my car was not ready. I no why now. There car is nackered! It's basically a danger to the roads. I was told to have a look in a scrap yard for parts and to get it fixed myself. Not what I would expect from a ltd company. Since then I've been fobbed off and am know stuck with a broken car and a huge finance bill. They have also now booked me on Facebook from leaving a review or messages. Terrible company. DO NOT USE!!!

Bad, after sale they not listen to you and 3 month warranty is just to grab the customers and and after that they charge you.
