In November 2025, I spent £90 for a battery and charging port replacement. Within less than a few months, I experienced the same intermittent charging problems I was previously facing.

Starting February 23rd 2026, I have attempted multiple times to get it sorted again via the 6-month warranty. After several missed appointments, a technician showed up, checked my phone for five minutes and then told me he couldn't identify a problem and to ensure my battery was below 50% so it could be properly investigated next time.

Next time never came. Over a month later, my case has been delayed repeatedly and now I am not receiving responses from them at all for it to be rebooked (despite my messages being read).

I've been more than patient. I didn't want to write a review regarding my experience but this is the beginning of my escalation.

I found Mobile Gadgets when looking for a local Birmingham Company to repair my Samsung Galaxy Tablet.
They gave me an instant quotation and I was able to walk in and leave my Tablet.
I recieved messages at each stage and the repaired Tablet was returned in a couple of days. The price was good. The service was excellent.
I now have my Tablet working with a 6 month Guarantee.
What more could I ask !

After failing to get my Google Pixel fixed with EE and ISMASH, I booked a next online walk in appoimtment with Mobile Gadget, dropped my phone off at their Business Centre in Birmingham City Centre, and in 2 hours my phone battery was replaced, at fraction of the cost EE was quoting. Straight foward friendly service. no problems at all.

He was very helpful in resolving the issues with my phone charging port and even drove out to see me and fixed it within 15 mins. Will only be coming here for any future phone repairs.

Just had the folding screen replaced on my mix flip phone and very happy with it! I've had it back a week and it is working perfectly. Once the part arrived the repair was quick and the staff are friendly. Price seems reasonable for the type of repair - and they tell you the price up front.

After calling around 8 different shops, I finally came across this shop that was willing to not only come out to me to fix my phone,
but also did it past traditional closing hours (20.20pm) and fixed my phone in a flash! He repaired it in his vehicle outside my house! Very efficient from beginning to end, definitely recommend 100%

I damaged the camera on my honor magic 7 pro, took into the weyhill shop, the guy was very helpful, he ordered the replacement glass, he messaged me when it was in.
I took it in and left it with him and it was replaced and came back as good as new. I highly recommend, the service was great, not too expensive and if you live locally give it a try.
