Excellent Service from the Shop Assistant called Catherine.
I visited the store today unable to figure out a telephone that I had brought from another store. I met a very friendly and professional lady named Catherine. She was extremely helpful, she explained the problem with the phone and she advised me on another, which was suitable for me. She came across as very knowledgeable and help me very much to understand the phone and its function. She went out of her way to help me for which I am very grateful. She was kind and it was obvious that she cares about her work, which is rare these day. Her customer care has given me the confidence to shop there again. I was very impressed with her patience and overall knowledge. She is credit to the organisation and I would encourage anyone to visit this store after the excellent service. I am very happy with my new phone and extremely happy with the service I received today.
