In June last year we bought 4 red garden chairs Moises, which were kept outside in summer and inside during winter. Now they are completely bleached pink and have big water marks on them. Upon complaining the reply was that I left them outside and didn't dry them after rain. Will not be buying from them again........
A giugno dello scorso anno abbiamo acquistato 4 sedie da giardino rosse Moises, che venivano tenute all'aperto d'estate e all'interno d'inverno. Ora sono completamente rosa sbiancato e hanno grandi segni d'acqua su di loro. Alla lamentela la risposta è stata che li ho lasciati fuori e non li ho asciugati dopo la pioggia. Non acquisterò più da loro........
I ordered a chairs on their web. First we had issues with availability and than with damaged chair that was delivered. Both situations were solved very quick and very professional. I will definately order again from them
I tried to contact them with mails and a lot of phone calls. I am waiting for 4 month for a paid item.
Nothing helps
Ordering and delivery were very fast and simple. The tables arrived in a few days and were in perfect condition. Highly recommended.
