still not here

I ordered two cases back in June. the first one came in July, but I still haven’t received the second, and it is now mid-October. I asked them about in august, and they refunded half my purchase and said it was on the way. in september, i emailed them again since it still hasn’t come, and they said they’ll send another one for free. now, it is still not here. i was really looking forward to it since the first one was so cute. but it’s still not here four months later, and i’m tired of waiting for it :((

Do not Purchase!!!

I ordered my case last May! It's now October. I emailed and am have finally received a refund for half of my purchase. The tracking doesn't work at all! What's the problem?!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered a phone case from them 2 months ago and it still hasn't arrived. My tracking number never loads on the parcel tracking sight so I can't even track my package. The only time I received an update on my order's status was when I emailed them. I think that's an implication that they give a fake update on your package to shut you up when they forget that someone is expecting and actual package. I threatened to open a case with my bank if I don't receive a refund and will be expecting a refund within the next five days.

great service, good product

i ordered one of their cases but revived the wrong one. I emailed mochiko and they apologised, sent me the case I originally ordered for free and even let me keep the first one! The case is okay quality and looks cute so I would recommend this company!

Good cases

Ordered a couple cases for me and my girlfriend. They were way better quality than I expected, had a hard time tracking the order at first but the customer service guy was super helpful. Overall good experience
