Modani Dallas store

We went to the Modani Dallas store to buy furniture for our Media and Game room. It took us 10 minutes to decide as we are the types that don’t annoy the sales folks. Gee the sales rep sends us the furniture and when we open the package it was the wrong color! I mean we showed her photos of our carpet and Zee was like you need a gray color set and we agreed, and she sends us a white color furniture! We immediately called the store and spoke to the Manager Lacey asking us why you not opened the package before it was delivered! Anyways we wanted a even exchange and go to the store make it easy for them and pay for the gray color furniture! So, at this point we are already down $6000 K! and when they deliver the furniture, they slapped a delivery fee! We called them and asked them why we should be paying a delivery charge when they did not charge the first time! Lacey tried to pin the blame on us and asked us to contact customer service (Gary). At this point we realized we were getting kicked around. All we wanted was to buy some furniture and these guys made a mess of it! The entire process lasted 6 weeks! They can sure forget about us going back to eh store to buy the media room furniture. Never again!

Modani Customer Service Experience

I am truly satisfied with the experience I had with customer service with Modani. Gary was very understanding of the problem I was having with my order and did everything he could to ensure that the company met my needs. Throughout the process, Gary showed nothing but professionalism and good manners. I myself am in the customer service field (CVS Pharmacy Manager) and I have to say that this is what great customer service is all about! Keep up the hard work as I know that this is a great example of how a leader leads a team.

The order and delivery process was very…

The order and delivery process was very well managed on the front end. The sales person left Modani so all my emails were not received. DeShawn and Gary took over the process and have expedited the request for a credit of the returned carpet. Modani always does a good job for us.

MODANI NAPLES STORE: GOOD EXPERIENCE

Our experience with MODANI was very good. Debra Sciacqua, the store manager in Naples, takes great care of her customers. We bought a leather sofa, a glass table, and a glass dining table with 6 leather chairs. After a troubled initial delivery, Debra and the manager in Fort Lauderdale went the extra mile to help us. The team that delivered the furniture was very professional and very polite. Very important: I recommend everyone to purchase the furniture protection package and thoroughly inspect all furniture upon delivery.

Gary was great to deal with

Gary was great to deal with. It now depends on the individual tech that is supposed to call me within 24-72 hours. Just a suggestion, but I would make that no more than one business day for a response from the tech.

Great Experience!

We purchased a bed, two nightstands, and a dresser from Modani. Due to a stock shortage, the dresser took two months to deliver. Unfortunately, when it arrived, we noticed that one corner was chipped off, which was disappointing. However, we were impressed with Modani's customer service. Our agent, Gary, was extremely helpful, communicative, and polite. He resolved the issue promptly, and we received store credit as a result. We were so pleased that we used the credit to buy another piece of furniture from Modani! Overall, it was a great experience!

Service is a joke, Modani company doesn't bother

What a bad experience. They delivered bedframe that's damaged. The delivery guys said, take a photo and send to service number, they would bring the new frame for me to replace. I followed all the instructions, the repair man was scheduled for weekend, saying he can only come on Saturdays. He didn't show up. I complaint, they reschedule for another day. The repair man comes very last minute after I contacted again. He came with little tools and he did some patch work and paint. It didn't look anything like what it should be. I told him I am not happy with it, he said message the company, they will replace it. I done so again, now the company said, it's done as their standard and the company cannot do anything more and it's closed case. I sincerely dissatisfied with this service and for sure, will NEVER purchase Modani again. What a shameful job they do.

Excellent delivery experience

Gary called me ahead of time to let me know when he would be here and he was here exactly when he said he would. He and his partner then. brought my chairs up and assembled them. They were very helpful, kind, professional, and efficient. There was no mess and Gary made everything easy. I appreciate his service.

Gary was extremely helpful in getting a technician out to look at our sofa, which was having a small issue of grazing the frame when closing the recliner. He was very prompt and pleasant to talk with. He was able to quickly find a technician to help us.
