Horrible customer service. The lady that works the customer service line should be fired. Offered no help when I was willing to pay again for items I didn’t even receive. I hate that I like their jeans and still want them. I would never use this bad business company again.

Sizes are way to small. They don't offer money back instead you get a Gift card for store credit. So if you return stuff, which you have to pay to return the items you never get your money back. You are stuck shopping on their site till you find something that fits. Even Walmart gives you your money back.

I liked it. Excellent quality, correct size, order on time, excellent discounts.

Honestly, if I could give this store no reviews I would. My first purchase ever with Moda was a bust, and I will not be wasting my money ever again. I spent about $200 to get five items. All of the items are too tight in the crotch area making the pants very uncomfortable to wear. They do not give you a butt lift more like a booty pull down, giving you no butt shelf. They do not fit well in any of the right areas, and it is a shame for the price. Although I hate these jeans, I'll keep them to rot in my closet because their return policy is a joke. They charge a restocking fee if you try to return them after 30 days and they expect you to pay for shipping to return their faulty items. Their product doesn't fit well, even after I paid attention to the size guidelines provided. I'm not happy with these products at all and returned products shouldn't cost their customers anything out of pocket. Especially, If I was completely unsatisfied. I already bought the product, and hated it. The company is robbing its customers, creating horrible product, and making their customers pay the price for their faults. NOT WORTH IT!!

I bought a few days ago and my experience was fabulous, I loved everything I bought, the quality of the clothes, the customer service, the delivery was fast, I recommend them 100%

Never received items. The company claims no responsibility and will not resend the items or return my money 100$ lost. They are a bad company that doesn't care about customers. Making it right with a customer is not on the agenda. They fail to understand that it is your responsibility to either insure a package, return funds or return merchandise to customer. They do not care about their customers, especially loyal ones.

I placed an order today and when I got the confirmation email it had doubled an item and I tried to call and contact customer service right away and email
Then and the number doesn’t work. Now I’m being charged for two of a pair of jeans and they don’t allow returns unless item is defective so I feel scammed.

Do not conduct business with this company. I purchased some items for my wife which were too small so I called the company and got no answer so I called again a few days later still no answer, so I sent an email. waited a few days and never received a response. I called back a third time the next week and finally someone answers and tells me that I can’t get a refund, only a store credit. I did not want a store credit as the items were too small and not my wife’s taste so of course I don’t need a store credit. I suggest you do as the lady told me, make sure that you read the store policy before buying anything from this place or you’ll be finding a place to donation the items to also, I feel robbed and taken advantage of, do yourself a favor, avoid the headache and shop elsewhere.
