*AVOID THIS COMPANY* ModBox Spaces are without exception the least professional company that I have ever had the mispleasure of dealing with. We bought a brand new property from them in July of 2020 and unfortunately, after only a few months, both our front door and our back door were leaking. In addition to this, one of our bedroom windows has been fitted incorrectly and is therefore unable to be used. We reported these issues and it was agreed that replacements were required. On two separate occasions, ModBox instructed companies to carry out this work and these companies subsequently came out to measure up, take details of our choice of designs, colours, etc. However, frustratingly, on both occasions this work did not proceed due to non payment of their respective invoices. In the two and a half year period that these issues have been ongoing, ModBox Spaces have ignored correspondence for months at a time - simply not responding to emails, calls or messages. This is despite the directors of the company knowing that we are suffering significant stress and inconvenience by living in a (BRAND NEW) property that is quite simply not fit for purpose. Put simply, this company have completely ruined what should have been the most exciting time of our lives. We are still unable to use our window and we are only able to use our patio doors to access our property (due to having to have towels down in front of the other two). The lack of professionalism displayed by both directors has been genuinely astounding.
