Very bad experience

Very bad experience! The products which are faulty they refuse to exchange. They have charged me full price but after taking my payment online they send me email that the product is unavailable. If so please don’t charge me for the product. I asked for refund before it’s delivered and they refuse to do so. The manager is so busy that she doesn’t respond when you call. The moderators do nothing they are good till you place the order. Once they get the commission they don’t reply.
Very bad Customer Service. Will never use them again!
