Really helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly and I was able to get all my beekeeping questions answered on the beekeeping for beginners course. It was a fantastically varied day, and I now feel much more bee-confident!

We had a great time, Paul helped us learn about all the different options for bee hives and how each one works. Great lunch too!

I ordered a swienty replacement hood for my 5 year old suit. When it arrived the zip didn't fit. I contacted the company and they said they would contact Swienty. I was then told that the hood didn't fit because the zip had been changed. I returned it and was told that I would have to pay for the postage both ways as the item wasn't faulty. Considering they didn't initially know what the issue was, I thought it rather strange that the customer would be expected to do so. I am now £17 out of pocket and will spread the word among the beekeepers I know.

A slight issue with something I’d ordered was rectified immediately and a replacement delivered the next day. Fantastic customer service. I can’t fault this company.

I found their service and delivery time superb. I ordered a Langstroth dual poly nuc on a 3 day delivery and it was delivered quicker. Some beekeeping companies are notoriously slow at delivering orders some taking months so it was a pleasant surprise. I hope they keep up the good work.

In my opinion the Langstroth version Paradise poly nuc they sell is a quality product unlike some companies I could mention. More importantly my bees like it :-)
I would certainly go back to them.
