Receiving the sample was fine.
However we then went on to install the flooring and the floor fitter said he would never work with this product again. He didn't think it was cut well and had to use the joint filler to fill in all the gaps. He also had trouble getting the tiles to glue down. We have used the same fitter before for Karndean tiles and there was no such trouble.

Yes I was able to choose my flooring from your sample’s. and chose a wide planked oak. It was expertly laid all throughout my ground floor, and I am delighted with the results, it looks great and is so easy to clean..

I am delighted with my new floor. I have had a new bathroom, and my architect nephew suggested LVT (luxury vinyl tiles) for the flooring as he has used them in the past and found them excellent. I chose a wood-effect plank design, ideal for a country cottage, and they look fantastic. The builder and the bathroom designer are also impressed with the result.

Expertly installed

I love the tile i chose (Roots) however a bit disappointed in that the installers felt it necessary to use grout in between some tiles because of untrue edges. It seems the grouting catches dirt so is a bit annoying

I ordered 60m2 of lvt flooring and the fitters found five sections that were not square. I emailed the company and they totally ignored the email.
I subsequently saw they have very poor customer relations - non existent I'd say.
Not a good experience at all. Thankfully we had enough flooring to complete the job, but no thanks to Moduleo. So much for paying extra for a "superior" product.

The floor we choose looks good but...
We had a problem area near a door where it wasn't completely flat. Had to call the fitter back who had to apply adhesive to make it flat. I'll be honest and say I probably wouldn't recommend this type of floor but the old adage 'you only get what you are prepared to pay' rings true.
