Ever paid for a service and was denied…

Ever paid for a service and was denied a receipt for your payment ? That’s exactly what happened with me upon applying for a tourism visa.
Quoting their official response below:
“Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

We would like to inform you, regarding your request below, that the payment information (payment receipt) is inaccessible and no copy exists.


Beneficiary Services - Ministry of Foreign Affairs”
