Avoid!
Placed an order 3 weeks ago. Have not received anything! And I mean nothing. No email confirmation, no package. But my money has been taken.
No reply to my emails asking for help! No phone number that works.

The talking parrot.
My elderly mum used to have one of theses years ago. So I sent for one. Unfortunately the sound the parrot makes is garbled and is not remotely like a human voice. So it was a complete waste of time. My mum was really upset. No wonder it was a competitive price.
