FAKE Counterfeit controllers. It’s a scamming company. They have a little badge on the pictures saying ‘original’. It’s a scam they’re absolute scum. If u think ur getting a legit pad for £23.24 then think again. You’d be lucky to get one for even £125 now-a-days (if any left) absolutely [dual] shocking four this to be a thing...

My remote stopped working within the first 2 months. I believe it is a copy. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS.They do not reply, they did eventually send me an address to return the remote, this has been delivered but now they do not reply at all. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY.

Sells broken controllers then when you return your item for replacement they claim they don’t have it then they ever contact back again. DO NOT USE THEM!

This website is run by one guy in the US (in The Bronx) who has paid a bit of cash to Google to promote his ads in the search results. He is selling (in my case, genuine) products, advertised as NEW, using stock photos. When the product arrived (to the UK) it was clearly USED - which wasn’t really a surprise, bearing in mind the price.

The return address on his website is left blank. He included free shipping from US to UK(!!) I suspect he may be sourcing second-hand gear from UK websites and getting it delivered directly to his UK customers as it did not arrive from the courier he had specified and showed no signs of any customs labelling or international travel.

I emailed him to ask why he is falsely advertising but he ignored me. (I know the email address is monitored as he replied briefly to a question I asked during shipping)

Borderline scammer? Perhaps... but definitely dodgy (keep an eye on the credit card statements!)

Would not use again.

This would be 0 stars .we ordered a monitor for our sons birthday on july 5th for £199 99 .it was meant to be here 7 to 14 days . His birthday was yesterday the 4th aug ane still no minitor .habe sent at least 15 20 emails to the two email accoumt to this business and they ignore you .not had reply bot had refund .nothing . Stay clear and never order from them .

I would give them zero stars if possible, I ordered a ps4 controller and when it eventually came 68 days later and I went to site to report arrival I had a look at reviews and loads are fake done by the same person (foreign with same grammar mistakes) on many different reviews. These reviews are under male and female names. They do not respond to emails one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. You would get a better customer experience on a dodgy market stall selling fake stuff.

Fake controllers. When I questioned them about it they told me to return for a refund. Their website doesn’t show any return address. I pointed this out and they sent me the address for a random shipping company in America. AVOID! SCAMMERS!

Should be 0 stars ordered 2 ps4 controllers over 40 days ago. Still not received them. Despite countless emails requesting status, still nothing.
Finally ran out of patience and requested a refund and have had no response.

I bought the ps4 dual shock controller from this site as I couldn't find a red one anywhere else. At first sight the controller looks genuine, it worked well initially but as time went on, the movement were less smooth, I experienced a lot of glitching and the battery seemed weak. I did some further research online and realised that the controller is actually a fake after investigating it. Even the serial number when I punched it into the sony website is not recognized. The fonts are not aligned on the pad after closer inspection, it all points to a counterfeit controller. My advice, just buy one from your local retailer.

I purchased a transparent PS4 controller on 30th March. I waited patiently until 19th April for it to finally arrive to me in the UK. The box was not sealed, the quality control of the plastic shell alignments was questionable for Sony standards, and finally, the inside of the controller looked substantially different to any google images. I feel guilty to leave a negative review because the email responses were so fast and useful, but whether it was an intentional scam or negligence, either way it's completely unacceptable.

Ordered a PS4 controller in alpine green last Monday for £29.24, it said it would take 7-15 working days to arrive and sure enough 7 working days later it arrived to my house in the UK. It’s excellent quality and functions perfectly. Would definitely recommend buying from here.
