Please Do not buy a warranty from this company as it’s not worth the paper it is written on.
Avoid at all costs and read the reviews thoroughly before you commit as you will be misled and will not find a garage to carry out the required work with this company.
If you look at all of the reviews it is just a copy and paste reply and no real contact with you to discuss your claim in person.
I am Now contacting the ombudsman to review my mis sold policy and trading standards to look into the advertising policy.
Advert is misleading to all customers when they start a claim.
If there was a lesser rating I would use it .
Purchased my car from a reputable dealer and it came with a level 2 Plan.
My fly wheel failed after less than 3,000 miles from the purchase date of my car.
Took it to a local reputable to carry out the repairs.
The garage who carried out my repairs fitted a new clutch for which this is standard practice. overall it cost me just less then 2k.
The claim ref noVPX19740960 was submitted by the dealer as they sourced the parts at cost price to reduce my bill as they took out the warranty with the Momentum rep.
My claim was rejected straight away on the basis of wear and tear .
My gearbox was repaired by the dealer and there was no indication my flywheel was faulty when it was repaired .
Photo submitted as per there request and then rejected the claim straight away even though it went through the car dealer .
The rep who sold the policies to the Car dealer doesn’t want to know or help or get involved with the claim.
Typical sales person takes your money then runs .
To make things worse Iam still being contacted by Momemtum to extend my warranty .
No garage wannt’s to take on any work with this company as they fail to pay out and drag out the claim by asking for more pictures and evidence to avoid a pay out.
They just want your money for a policy that is useless.
Please avoid this company at all costs as you will not be covered for any repairs .
Got a reply back which stands up to all of the poor reviews where they fail to pay out saying my clutch and fly wheel are not covered even thought they were inspected 5 months ago when my gearbox was repaired .
Claim rejected to wear and tear .
I am still being contacted to extend my warranty even though they do not cover you .
My original review was not published and removed .
Please do not take out a warranty with his company as they will avoid to pay out at all costs.
I will continue to publish my review as they do not like honest feedback.

Hi Joe,
After investigating the notes on our system, I can see that from the evidence that was supplied to us from your repairer, there was no sign of a failed flywheel or a failed clutch.
The warranty applied to your vehicle covers for sudden failure of components only. If a part is failing due to the component being worn out, we would be unable to offer a financial contribution towards the repairs on your vehicle.
On this occasion, due to no sudden failure being shown with the parts, we were unable to assist any further.

My Gearbox was inspected on the 18th may and had a replacement part fitted.
The same garage who carried out the work also inspected my clutch and flywheel and found no issues or signs of wear and tear otherwise they would have replaced them How can you now say my claim has been rejected due to wear and tear .
As per my honest review the policy is not worth the money or paper it is written on.
The other reviews also have the same excuse for rejecting the claim.

After reviewing the notes on your vehicle claim, I can see that the claim started on the 26th October 2025, due to the car juddering in 1st gear and there was also a vibration felt through the steering wheel whilst the car was sitting stationary.
We received picture evidence of your clutch and flywheel on the 11th November 2025 but the pictures did not suggest that a failure had occurred with the parts.
You were contacted via the customer claims App and you were advised that the claim was unfortunately rejected due to no failure of the parts. We also advised that from the information that had been received, it was more evident that the flywheel was worn. We also made contact with your selling dealer about rejection of your claim. This took place on the 18th November 2025, where we advised the reasons again for the rejection of your claim.
It clearly states in the warranty handbook that under the Plan 2 warranty excludes failure of components due to wear and tear and/or where a part has worn out.
Unfortunately, on this occasion, we are unable to assist further with this claim.

The guys at the garage were so friendly. Definitely no pushy sales men. Couldn’t do enough to help. When purchasing the car everything was in order. Tax everything sorted out.
I am really happy with the service they provided. I also feel confident that if any issues may arise they will be dealt with promptly. I would not hesitate to use or recommend this garage / car sales again. Very happy with the whole process
