Cold food, 700 meters delivery
I live 700 meters from the restaurant, and they still managed to deliver cold food. I made a remark on wolt as feedback, and i have still not heard from them.
I tried to reason with Wolt, without any luck, so i have now waited 1½ hour to hear from the restaurant - no response.
Horrible experience.

We would like to clarify that your order was placed through the Wolt delivery platform. As you may know, Wolt couriers often deliver multiple orders on the same route, and the delivery time and temperature of the food are fully managed by the platform and their couriers. Unfortunately, restaurants have no control over how many stops the courier makes or how long the delivery takes once the order leaves our premises.
Please rest assured that all orders leaving Momo Burger are prepared fresh and served hot. If you live only 700 meters away, we kindly recommend either picking up directly from the restaurant for the freshest experience, or submitting a complaint directly to Wolt, as they are responsible for the delivery process.
We kindly ask you to consider addressing delivery-related issues with the platform, as the restaurant should not be held accountable for delays that occur after the food leaves our kitchen.
