Bookjackers, liars, thieves - momox, also selling under the name medimops - list tons of inventory they don't have and then they either don't send anything, cancel the order after an indefinite amount of time, or send another item of equivalent weight and measurement but not remotely equivalent in topic. It's usually something pathetic and insulting. They do this to a) make interest off of all the money coming in, whether they have the stock or not, and/or b) tax evade at the end of each tax year by claiming losses on orders which never existed for them to fulfill. I've reported them and will continue to do so.

Customer service, particularly Adam Renners (real name changed to protect his feelings), doesn't even read why you're contacting, what your complaint is, and responds with purposefully irrelevant answers that insult the intelligence and spit in the face of the customer. He's smarmy, and the company as a whole is best avoided.

Not great ordered a Stephen king book from Amazon.co.uk Momox was the seller and I live in Bolton UK. Book arrived and its in German language on Amazon UK website what's going on. Cost too much to send it back night as well bin it now .

I ordered a book from this company, the item was described as ‘European’ the title page was in English, but the book was in German, so why not put German in the product review? This was in my opinion a deliberate policy to mislead the buyer, if not, then why not simply be honest. This was through Amazon I have contacted them and asked why they are still allowing this company to trade through them?

I was watching an item on ebay from momox and just before i was going to add it to my basket i noticed that the price had suddenly jumped to a much higher amount... I can only suppose that they are hoping i wouldn't notice and buy the item at a much higher price.

I won't be buying from them again and will warn others about this scam.

SO IN INCREDIBLY BAD I ORDERED A COPY OF FIFA 21 FOR THE PS4 EBAY HAS BEEN DISPATCHED AND HAVE NOT REPLIED TO ANY OF MY MESSAGES HAVE NOT EVEN TOLD ME THE COURIER

Momox are very hit and miss. One minute, you get stuff that's been trampled on by a herd of wild bison, the next, you get a glorious virtually new cd for £3.
I buy all the time because they are fair though sometimes their grading system is bonkers. This review is for Kiss, Creatures Of The Night which was almost new. They are worth trying out because of their money back guarantee.

Totally untrustworthy, asked to wait 20 days, then 30 then 40 for delivery. Finally given refund by Amazon.
Do not use Momox

Ordered a DVD for my autistic grandson back in November which never arrived had a so called tracking number. Contacted Momox and was told it had been shipped without a tracking number. Two more emails which stated it could take up to 20 days then it increased to 30 days . Originally should have arrived on or before the 25th November. Still not received the DVD. Thanks to Amazon who were gracious enough to give me a refund. Big shout out for Amazon.
Still no word from Momox . Certainly will not ever deal with them again . Beware.

This team was allegedly despatched on 19th November. I have neither received it, been able to contact momox, or received any help from eBay.

I ordered a double CD of US Cajun music and got some awful, totally unrelated German band CD instead. Wanted me to re-order to get the right CD and no offer of a refund for the wrong one, so I declined to risk sending more money and have binned the CD they sent. Will never use this company again. Avoid.

I cancelled an order a mere minute or two after realising I already had the CD. I messaged them immediately apologising for the error but they refused to cancel, saying it had been processed already! In 2 minutes late Friday night? To make this worse, they emailed me 4 days later saying 'the order would be processed soon'. So, not processed and not sent but can't be cancelled? I initiated a polite cancellation request formally through eBay but momox denied it. I don't trust this company and don't like their contempt for their customers and will never use them again. The item was only 2.24 (though they billed me 2.71, presumably hidden vat?) but my grievance is more with their attitude and silly lies about 'we can't cancel or refund' when, in fact, it takes ages for them to process and deliver. I had been a loyal customer, too. Never again.

Purchased item through eBay. Momox later admitted item was never available but they still took payment.
Now they are messing me about by delay in refund.
Looks like ebay may have to step in.
I will NEVER buy from momox again as clearly not trustworthy.

I ordered a book from them and the book was in really really REALLY bad condition and expensive !
They didn’t say anything regarding the bad condition in the description.

After reading these bad reviews on trustpilot I thought my order wouldn't arrive but I was wrong. It arrived today within the delivery window and in very good condition as advertised on Amazon. Received with thanks 😊

Bunch of cowboys. I bought a Blu-ray box set from momox via Amazon UK. A few of the discs turned out to be defective. Momox agreed to a return and instructed me to send the item back at the lowest possible cost without insurance. They agreed to refund the cost of the item plus shipping.

A week after I sent the item, I contacted momox to ask if they'd received it. They said they hadn't. I contacted them a few days later and they said the refund wouldn't be processed until they'd sent it back to their warehouse in Germany! Unacceptable. Why should I have to wait for them to sent it to another country? They then agreed to process my refund earlier than usual as a gesture of goodwill! Such generosity.

That was two weeks ago now. In my last communication with them(about ten days ago), they insisted that my refund had been issued (it hasn't to this day) and that I should take it up with Amazon if I haven't received it! They've essentially washed their hands of me and fobbed me off to Amazon.

I've checked my bank balance and I've double checked with Amazon. Momox have never issued a refund of my money. Unfortunately Amazon a-z claims take up to two weeks and I only made the claim last week, so I'm potentially waiting around for another week.

I cannot advise anyone strongly enough, DO NOT BUY FROM MOMOX! They might be cheap, but if your item turns out to be defective, they'll just keep your money and cease communication.

This review is actually a zero. I ordered a dvd through them on Amazon back in July. After 2 months, I contacted them to find out what the status was and they told me to give it another 3 weeks(!) Contacted them again and they responded saying "unfortunately we don't understand your request." It was quite simple: send the dvd I never got, or issue a refund. They respond again saying I need to fill out their attachment called a "legally binding declaration." Long past annoyed & fed up with their runaround, I pulled up their name on consumer review sights and it was just an overwhelming avalanche of negative experiences from ripped-off buyers. Why eBay and Amazon continue to use these thieves is mindboggling. Scumbag scam artists galore! If you see the name Momox, AVOID these liars like the plague and save yourself the headache and BS!

Absolutely awful company. Purchased a CD from them using EBay. They sent the wrong CD and didn’t respond (coherently) to my messages, so EBay issued me with a refund. Stupidly, I then tried to buy the CD again from their Amazon store, and AGAIN they sent me the wrong CD. I returned the CD to them and several weeks later I am still waiting for my refund. AVOID!

Would give zero stars if possible. Bought a CD from this crowd through Amazon. A month later I’m still waiting. Contacted them 3 times just to be told ‘wait a few more days’ each time. Scam artists. Don’t touch with a barge pole.
