Purchased a $3,000 jacket for my husband for Christmas. On the second wear, the zipper broke on the jacket. I reached out to central customer service and they confirmed there is a 26 month warranty on zippers. Since we don't live near a physical store (I purchased online) they told me I'd need to send in to the Atlanta store for repairs. They reached out to their store and told me I would hear back. I was not hearing back so I reached out directly. It took several weeks for someone to actually respond to me. I was then told I would be responsible for shipping the jacket (which is costly as I will need insurance). They would not offer a refund for shipping or a label. This was shocking to me as the zipper broke almost immediately - this is not the customer service I'd expect from a luxury brand nor is it on par with other brands. Very disappointed in their service and will not be purchasing clothes from them in the future.

This is after the bot stone island

This is after the bot stone island. Now you want to apply for a vacancy. They have a stupid form they have to fill in, and I'm from the Netherlands. This system is really rigged. You cannot enter your state; you cannot enter your postcode, and then you also have to make a profile. For a company that makes so much money, they have some so-so poor system. Please try to work it out yourself. Try to apply for a vacancy. This is really shitty. Cannot even place the state, the region, and then you want to follow up, and it doesn't work.

**horrendous company**
Avoid at all costs scammers, fraudulent, shocking customer service, liars the worst possible company that I thought would be reputable …
Ordered two sizes to try I kept one returned the other they then lied and said paperwork not in the box and were returning the item to me and not refunding (I am absolutely meticulous so I know nothing was omitted from the box) they could offer no proof they hadn’t lost it or not put it in in the first place and response was tough not their problem … the item then never arrived back to me and had to wait two months for them to do an investigation with whoever they posted the item with (that should never have been posted) they still couldn’t prove they’d sent it back to me and were not sorting refund took hundreds of emails and rude responses from Moncler before we finally got money back - staff are absolutely vile and arrogant with zero customer service skills - protect yourselves do not waste your money with this company

Moncler denied a clear defect without even inspecting the jacket

I purchased a Moncler ski jacket in Paris (January 2025), expecting the quality and performance associated with a luxury brand.

The jacket was used only 2–3 times, exclusively in heavy snow conditions — exactly what it is designed for.

During use, I witnessed a reddish discoloration progressively appear on the white fabric, caused by dye transfer from the black fabric. The staining is perfectly aligned along the junction of the two materials, symmetrical on both sleeves, and nowhere else on the jacket.

This clearly indicates an internal material issue, not misuse.

The jacket has never been washed or altered in any way.

I opened a case with Moncler (AFSS2402283), but they denied any defect, claiming it was due to external dirt — without even requesting to physically inspect the jacket.

This is extremely disappointing.

A luxury brand should stand behind its product quality, especially when the defect is this clear and the item has barely been used.

The jacket is now unusable due to the staining.

Poor quality

Bought a $3000 jacket. I am very careful with my stuff within five wears huge scuff on jacket shoulder. I don’t even remember hitting into anything. My mackage andCanada goose jackets have lasted me for years, but this is already showing significant wear. how disappointing - do not buy from Montcler. The price tags definitely do not reflect the quality.

Moncler staff sizing error not rectified

I recently purchased a Moncler vest from the Ginza boutique while visiting Tokyo as an international customer from Australia.

Unfortunately, after returning home over 20 days later, I discovered the garment size supplied by the attendant, Anna, was mistakenly significantly larger than intended (size 5/XXL despite normally wearing size L). The item remains unworn and in new condition.

I contacted both the Ginza boutique and Moncler Client Services immediately seeking a simple size exchange at a local Melbourne Moncler boutique, which I believed to be a reasonable request given international travel constraints. I was not requesting a refund — only an exchange for the correct size.

While the in-store experience was initially pleasant, I have been disappointed by the complete lack of flexibility shown in resolving what appears to be an honest sizing error made by the Ginza staff. The response has relied strictly on policy rather than customer care, with no practical solution offered despite the circumstances.

Luxury brands distinguish themselves not only through product quality but through after-sales service and discretion when genuine problems arise. In this instance, the post-purchase support has fallen well below the expectations associated with an international flagship location such as Ginza.

I hope Moncler will reconsider how overseas customers are supported when issues cannot realistically be resolved in person following international travel, or outside global policies, especially when it is the result of an in-store staff error.

Photo 1 shows the oversized vest which hang well over the shoulders and very loose around the body.

Photo 2 is the response I received from customer service after contacting them about the sizing error made and requesting an exchange solution - no refund or compensation, just an exchange for the correct size.

Avoid going to the store in Boca

I must give one star but actually that is one to much. Nobody want to made this experience we made at the Boca Raton store with the sales person. Arrogant and disrespectful to elderly customer. It’s a shame for the store and for Moncler overall.

Terrible quality and terrible customer…

Terrible quality and terrible customer service. I bought Moncler ski pants (AU$3,000+) to ski in Switzerland only to return to our chalet on the first day of wearing them to find the seat of the pants worn through to the insulation (you could see the underlying insulation). The fabric is not durable and certainly not of sufficient quality or durability to ski in challenging conditions. I can only assume Moncler intend for their skiwear to be for apres skiing only, not for actual skiing. Customer service said the damage was due to "external factors" - yes, snow and ice! I too had wished I had read these reviews before continuing to buy Moncler items. Never never again.

Extremely disappointing experience for…

Extremely disappointing experience for a so-called luxury brand. After a zipper failed, Moncler confirmed they cannot provide a replacement part and offered no repair solution whatsoever. Instead of standing behind their product, they simply redirected me elsewhere and washed their hands of the issue.

At these prices, this level of after-sales support is unacceptable. Luxury should mean quality, longevity, and accountability — not “sorry, nothing we can do.” If a basic component fails and the brand can’t or won’t fix it, that says everything about their commitment to customers.

Nice branding, poor support. I would seriously reconsider purchasing from Moncler again.

Disappointing Experience with Moncler…

Disappointing Experience with Moncler (Do Not Buy)

I bought an expensive Moncler coat after specifically asking the staff whether it was suitable for daily wear. I was clearly advised that this particular coat would be appropriate for regular use.

Unfortunately, this turned out not to be true. The coat is not durable enough for everyday wear, which is unacceptable given the price and the advice I received at the time of purchase.

When I complained, the customer service was non-existent — both at the store in Amsterdam and at the head office. No real help, no responsibility taken, and no satisfactory solution offered.

For a brand positioned as premium, this level of product quality and customer service is extremely disappointing.

Be aware before buying Moncler.

Very disappointing experieence

I can't say I have had a good experience with customer service.
I sent them an email with the following content.
"I bought boots from this brand last year.
I didn't wear them much, but this year I wanted to try them on again and I discovered that the heel was badly damaged. The damage exposed the material that is in the heel directly under the very shallow layer of rubber. How is it possible that such expensive boots are made of such material? And what material are they made of anyway?
This makes it impossible to enjoy these beautiful boots that should last more than one season.
What can we do about this?"

I have repeated the same inquiry several times, but I have not received a response from them once. It is very disappointing.

Very disappointed with both the product and the service. I bought a brand-new Moncler jacket and wore it only four times. There is no damage and it was never washed, yet the insulation is clearly uneven—puffy in the front and sleeves but almost flat in the back.

In the store, even the salesperson noticed the difference when compared to other jackets. Instead of offering a solution, staff made excuses and blamed usage and storage. Unacceptable quality and poor customer service for a luxury brand.

worst experience i have ever had..

worst experience i have ever had... They sent me damaged product, they were assuring me for a month they will send me a new one after multiple "internal system issues". Today they told me, that the product is not in stock and i should wait for it. They also claimed, that the damage has been done by transit, but its clearly factory made mistake. Awful.
